It would appear that the mojority of this Blog is directed towards Gerald Barton. What about Graham Croft and Matthew Appleby/Appleyard? Are they both involved in this mis-selling practice ? They are the two main people at the National Legal Assistance Tele Sales Centre in Newark. I believe that Matthew is to become a Director as well. (he may be able to upgrade his Ford Fiesta now)  Gerald Barton was also spotted 3 weeks ago being driven by Croft at the Newark Office.

Why is it taking so long to bring these people to account and have them struck off.

It is also interesting to note the high turnover of tele sales people - obviously they have a trial period and if they dont make the grade they get booted out.

Is this office going to be closed down and when?

our in house solicitor was david hodgson and neisha was doing her steps course whilst there also. i do not know the name of the solicitor running along side i never needed to know, y wud i? i had nothing to do with that side of things. u make out i should know everything, i was not the boss, i ran 2 groups of people who made calls! who said i never questioned the irregularities, coz i didnt say that.i did question when andrew and martin left, and the admin, and the name change, and why gerry didnt come to the office n e more....... all got answers for that i was satisfied about. as was all employees when i told them. the clients can trust the people who called them as all they did is tell them the truth. explained about the cca, then asked if they would like any more info. whats wrong with that, dont start on them! consultants in their pressed suits? what should they have wore, jeans or trackies? and expensive cars....ha ha ha, if u knew your stuff you really wouldnt have put that! and no symphany just shows how u just love the attention of this forum as ppl have lost their jobs through the compnay shuting down! no symphany.... guess you dint no 4 ppl were getting married nxt month, 1 person is trying her hardest to take a well deserved holiday and not forgetting christmas round the corner. what we done wrong to not deserve no symphany?

Lol genna is sooooooooo funny David died last year and neisha also left a number of months ago so back to the question who was the solicitor ? You talk of wedding and well deserved holidays are you joking nice you can afford it seems those who are out of pocket a few grand won't have any money to be able to afford the luxuries you seem to. What do your so called team make of the fact you knew about the move and only informed the people you thought needed to know did they not have a right to be aware even though you told your team that it was news to you last week and it clearly wasnt. You also talk of the effect on your family and how I me should have a conscious although you would feel differently if you met these people that have been ripped off by the company you managed.

ow KW- u liked to make things up dont u. show me where i put bigger and better things? i was told he might open up in grimsby, as far as i know gerry has more then 1 building doing this work so didnt ring a bell for concern. as for funds, i said on earlier pages, staff have been paid up to date! they are due payment today! yes they r now owed holidays and week in hand so again get your facts right. police probably investigated in the 1 st place because of ppl like u spreading untrue information. y did they stop their investigation if we was so unlawful? answer me that? the police actually read this site i know for a fact, so surely with your correct information they would have gerry and i locked up! lol. i havnt worked there since the beginning of 2009 (AGAIN WRONG INFORMATION) but yes i have dealt with upset clients and have also dealt with ones that couldnt be happier with the work carried out! which im sure you will find with every working compnay out there.
as for directing anger at gerry, what exactly would that achieve? would i get my job bak or payment? i am contacting gerry myself why put it for your beneift!!!

y am i so funny, if you read correctly, they asked who WAS the solicitor, and who was working along side the comany once they had left. i named davcid and nesha and said i didnt know the name of the one aftyer they had gone! again read correctly, i said there was 4 weddings and 1 holdiay that i know off. i have paid my wedding luckily as u would expect 2 weeks before as have the other 3! so they too have the luxuries, but then again we worked for our money y shouldnt we! ur funny......
where does it say i knew about the move? and half of my so called team think im in grimsby courtesy of this forum. i said the news that we shut down was news to me, AGAIN read correctly. I understand ppl feeling bad towards the company if they have not received documentation/money bak, but how exactly could I have changed that. I do not own the company or tell the legal department what to do or give refunds. i notice the people who was in charge of those jobs have not been mentioned. whys that?

so i hear  the offices in Gainsborough have closed Grant and genna have left! opening up in Grimsby starting again. G Croft has no more to do with Barton and co.Is this all true?

genna was laid off with the rest of the staff  grant left weeks ago  offices closed last weekend  dont know about grimsby  croft not with barton no more  barton pissing it up in pub with the staff wages!

This is blaggin my head! Y r people's names bein put on here without permission? Especially when everyone who worked within the office had no idea about it? G croft nothing to do with Gerry any more. That's a joke. They are joined at the hip. Gerry just behind the scenes again. Taking the money while others take the flak. Croft hasn't got the brains to do things on his own.

Therein lies a partial answer, hit them where they live if the ex employees launched a suit in conjunction with the victims.

My wife tells me they will have to wait whilst this is sorted out, i with the innocents Gluck meantime.

That wouldn't be easy. Do you really think the ex (if they are really ex ~ don't forget Grimsby) employees didn't know what was going on? They might not have had the full picture but they all knew it wasn't right. They must have made calls to disgruntled customers. And do they really expect us to bieve that none of them looked at this forum (genna and others already been on) or knew about the articles in the mirror or had not been told to deny any connection with saga or Minster (which they  had all worked for!)

And whilst i have every sympathy for some employees that have lost their jobs, their job was to mug oap's.
