twice today been called by this no and it just hangs up

Just received a call from Premium Genie on this number.  Apparently I have completed a survey where I expressed an interest in life insurance.  News to me!  I asked if Premium Genie were aware of Telephone Preference Service (TPS) but as I had completed a 'survey' and not ticked the 'do not bother me' box I was fair game for being annoyed.

rang today hung up suprise suprise cant ring back

We are sick to death of this company, I will personally string up the person responsible for the constant barrage of calls with noone at the other end!!!!

Also you can register for silent call guard which claims to stop unwanted silent calls from uk numbers on 08443 722325

go to the ofcom page and report a silent call - they are in breach of Ofcom regs and Ofcom will be able to levy £2m fines when new legislation goes through parliment.

Be a nice incentive for them to improve their call approach.

stop answeering surveys then thats why you are getting called and the TPS does not matter. we have permission to call you.

just fed up now have 12phone calls in the last week have got a answer machine on the line goes dead but when you call it back it says this no does not recieve incoming calls.

I keep getting calls from this number; when I answer they hang up. I am new to the area so would love to know how they know of my existence.

No Gary you do not have permission to call if we have asked you not to. I most certainly do not want you to call 10 times a day at all hours only for there to be silence at the other end or if you leave a message the recording says 'this is a message for' and then hangs up again. I do not want ANY cold sales calls.

I started to fill out a competition online, then realised that I'd only get calls like yours 24/7 so I removed all my details and did not enter the competition, but guess what companies including yours began calling me the next day, I answered and politely declined asking for my details to be removed from your database.

Since then I have been so plagued by calls I've unplugged my landline. Then I get calls on my mobile. If you believe you are not doing anything wrong then why all the different numbers and why all the complaints?

I don't care if its your job and you are on commission. Get another Job, as no one wants your damn calls just look around WE DON'T WANT YOUR CALLS. It is nothing short of harrassment especially when people have joined TPS and therefore not given our PERMISSION for you to call

This number had called us many times recently. On picking up the phone the line goes dead. When we have phoned the number the unobtainable tone is received.

the tel: 01477535920  is a call centre named Premium Genie.  I actually got to talk to  someone today and was not hung up on. They told me they followup internet enquiries.  I would not get insurance a am paralysed

had several calls from this number today and thought i would answer. didnt expect to hear someone after reading the other reports but mine asked for my partner and said it was about a survey recently done and will call back at a later date. Not an insurance one in this case. Definately dont trust it!!

Every day for the last 3 weeks, i've come home from work this number has been flashing missed call.
I hope they enjoy listening to a phone ringing!!  Caus i will not be answering it even if they do get me when i'm at home after reading this.
My bank rang me to take part in a survey, but told them i WAS NOT interested & not to bother contacting anyone on my behalf.  I will be taking this up with my bank - Lloyds TSB!!!

i have had calls from this number but when i tried ringing them back i just got a long tone like the number had been cut off i dont know y they r ringing as they ring when i am not in and i cant return their call to that number i dont know who it is and im not happy about it getting calls that i cant find out who's called me its not good!!

i am with that bank but at the moment touch wood i dont get any calls from them just boring post keep trying to get me to have a loan but i have had a call from 01477535920 dont know y they keep ringing tho i never answer my landline only have it to call out on at weekends to families landlines for free wouldn' have bothered with it if it wasn't in a deal for internet as that is all i wanted
