This company called today claiming that we filled in a survey on line at either Tesco or Asda.  WRONG! We do not shop at either and would never fill in a survey for them. When I asked if they were aware we were registered with TPS, they said No.  Told them to check their facts in future before ringing ex dir numbers. Have reported them to TPS

recieved another call this time asking me if i was xxxxxxxxxx who just happened to be the tart my husband [removed:lang]off with!!!!!!!!

i have had several calls from this number

the girl to day was insistent that my husband had requested information on an over 50s life insurance policy and had requested they get in contact with him

My husband did not request anything and has no interest in this;

I am getting rather tired of these calls

Don't be such a bunch of losers. You completed a survey thinking you would get something for free, which you didn't. Just say politely that you are not interested and guess what? They wont call again.

The survey claim is simply a lie. I have not completed any surveys nor requested any quotes. I did just tell the caller this - politely - if they call again, can I have your number to refer them to?

Since I have not completed a survey, entered a competition or requested a quote, can you explain how my number appeared on the list you purchased? If you are unable to answer this - which I assume is the case - I think you should be more cautious about where you buy your lists from because they are ripping you off as well as causing you very bad press. I won't be emailing your reception because then you will have my email address too.

Getting calls from this number - unidentified caller and no message - don't they understand that people work!

Keep getting calls from this number. When you try to call back you just get "the number you have called cannot be recognised" they are so annoying!

They are experts in ensuring through the details they sell that we all get some unsolicited calls and we even get them when registered on the Telephone Preference Service.

Yet another call from Premium Genie.  This company blatantly flaunt TPS rules.  We never complete surveys because they insist on phone numbers and I refuse to give mine so no point.  They said my husband had completed one and put our home phone number on.  It takes my husband all his time to be bothered to sign his signature never mind fill in a survey - he couldn't be a***d so I know for a fact they are lying!  Avoid at all costs!

Shame you idiots don't know there is no apostrophe in 'buys'.

Premium Genie buy's data containing people who have completed an online survey, they are supposed to have asked for a quote for life insurance. These online surveys come in many forms, typically you will enter a prize draw for a television of a years worth of shopping etc.

It is not in our interests to bother people who are not interested in either reviewing their life insurance or  purchasing it for the first time.
