Thanks to a previous post - just rang 0151 255 3590 and a girl with a liverpool accent that seemed to by in hysterics answered ... she said she'd take my number off their caller list - needless to say judging by her tone of voice I don't believe her!

constant calls - asking to help me through credit crunch.  asked where they got my number from.  said it must have been a questionnaire somewhere.  Said that i rarely fill in questionnaires and always check who info is going to be sent to and opt out of 3rd party promotions

I received a number of calls from this line. I finally picked up today after about 6 calls this morning alone. The person on the line claims that I had a car accident recently, even though I had not. When I asked for further information about the 'accident', the caller hung up. Tried to call this line back, but I cannot as I get the message 'call rejected'. What a joke.

Called my mobile several times, never left a message. When I called them the line was disconnected before I could get through. They finally got hold of me saying they 'believed I had been involved in an accident which was not my fault' - I told them I had not, was not interested and to remove my name and number from their list. I'll let you know if they call back. What happened about the btclick comment further down which says this number will soon be disconnected?

Just got a call on my MOBILE from that number,when I said hello they hung up on me

Someone rang me from this number and said was calling from a accident insurance,and ask me if I was involved in an accident months ago,and he wants to know my insurance company name and the number phone.IT is so weird,because the person  who hit me on the back of my car ,her insurance never complained ,and because this person gave me the wrong details and never answered the calls,I couldn't complain ,in the end i had to pay  my car damages myself and was her fault.It was months ago and I couldnt contact anybody,and today they wanted my details and I said the car is in germany and all documents so I didn't know how to spell de insurance name,because it is very long word and give the number.I said that she hit me on the back ,and he said you did ,I said no she did,and I have to paid myself.then they said ok and hung up.Now i just found all this messeges about this number and I'm real concern because they have my number phone and name ,my details.

They have rung me numerous times for days now and when I answer they just hang up. I look after kids from home so when i'm in the middle of feeding/trying to get them to sleep the last thing I can be doing with is people hanging up. Tried ringing number back but constantly hung up on me until this evening when it just rang and rang. Got a mate who can access numbers so going to find out who it is. Have also just had insurance quotes but asked for number NOT to be disclosed.

This is big buisness and insurance companies will sell your info on for a prie its a credit crunch so companies will do this as accidents are big money.... so put it this way if you was desperate to survive during a economic crisis YOU also would resort to anything to keep your company running this company is big and has over 100 staff and by doing this is keeping afloat otherwise alot of people would be redundant so at the end of the day it is now the way of the world....accept it and move on..

Called about 5 mins ago to my mobile.  Didnt wait for me to pick up.  Rang off in 2 rings.

Just had a call from these scamers. phoned BT to find out who owns it. BT said it is a switchboard but would not give me the company name, then BT was confused.  It is a Liverpool No, have not found out who is behind it ... YET.

I had a call today too...looks like its an insurance firm Phishing for information on any accidents which you have had. They told me thats id been involved in one..when i told them no..they hung up!

Pretty scary, being called to tell you have been in an accident. Perhaps a drunken night out I can't remember! :S

Same as everyone else call from 0151 2553580, rang for only 15 secs, so couldn't get to answer it (small mercy maybe).  I generally don't answer daytime calls if I'm home, I just use 1471 to see who it is or if my mobiles ringing I can see who it is (might consider using incoming call monitor service if persists).

Got a call today, pretty similar to everyone else - apparently I've had an accident I don't remember! Asked who they were and how they had received this information but suddenly she didn't want to talk. Anyway, told them I was on TPS and for them to remove my number from their list.
The other thing that really irritates me about calls like this is that noone can ever pronounce my surname (which isn't that complicated). It's just SO rude.

Phone calls from this number in past , 1 2nite tried 2 call back but get a deadline, sick of these kinda calls

No amused - just had a call from these people and as I was expecting a call made a dash for the phone... now that might be considered an inconvenience to most people but when you're over 9 months pregnant it's sodding risky! And as soon as I said "hello" they hung up! Not bemused! If they ever have the courage to call back I'll be reading them the riot act! AND we're ex-directory too grrrr

Rung by them today:  saying they wanted to save me money in the credit crunch and kept on asking if I had an unsecured loan (no).  Maintained they could ring me even though I am on TPS because they were not selling anything.  Refused to give me a number to ring back on, and at one point said they were doing a survey for the Government in the credit crunch! (At least that's what I think she said - she was a tad unclear)

Just got home this number 015125543580 was logged on the phone-luckily we were out!

Got a couple of missed calls from them, rang back but it was answerphone.
