- Michael Tyler replies to Abk| 4 repliesDon't tell me 'Equestrian First' and you end up with a share in a donkey !!
- Ank replies to Michael TylerI could say that I'm fortunate I don't have the money or pension to invest or I'm unfortunate that I don't have the money.
I'm aware of TWs actions from the past and did have missed calls from Capita Oak but luckily ignored them. It makes my blood boil that TW and co are living the life of luxury on other people's money. The only hard work he has put in is how to set up his next scam. He has been brought up with good values and morals being the son of a policeman!! His apartment/hotel scams left a lot of people trapped including a lady who had just lost her husband and was talked in to investing the life insurance money - she lost it all. Creeps like him will keep getting away with their scams until our regulators actually take positive visible action. - Ank replies to Michael Tyler| 2 repliesLol he's the director at Equestrian First!!
- AngieBrooks replies to Ank| 1 replyand Cemetery First
- Ank replies to AngieBrooksCreeps will make money out of anything

- First and Last replies to Firsthttp://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-12491 ... 100m-debts.html
NO SURPRISE IF THIS HAPPENED ALL OVER AGAIN - Ank replies to First| 11 repliesYou don't get miffed...all you say is 'gsm?' (Got some money?) as you leave the house. Doesn't matter that u had to hide under a dining table while ppl beat your other half up and doesn't matter that you play a part in ruining so many lives..as long as you get the money
- Trojan replies to Ank| 2 repliesHave a look at The Old Bank Chambers, WS14 OND familiar pattern, JH(proactive) & KD(Trojan) have companies that originate there, also Omni ( Henley). Looks to me that Shropshire is the pattern here.
Any body interested in a nice holiday cottage to let Shropshire, copied from the advert plenty of availability.
The converted mill dates back in time and the building attracts lots of appealing eyes and compliments. Located in the tall mill building along with 7 other apartments. Number X being the largest with it's own courtyard and entrance. Ironbridge is a pleasant 15 minute walk, - Mr T replies to Ank| 7 repliesHave a look at the Mosaic Workshop TF8 7AP, Proactive Solutions start there not to be confused with Proactive Admin which starts at the Old Bank. Just might have a link to the Imperial name !!
- Ank replies to Mr T| 6 repliesJames Hadley?? It's never ending! These men are all over the place!!
- Mr T replies to AnkYes welcome to the Team without the 'I'
- Trojan replies to Trojan| 1 replyCould even give you some good reviews James on tripadvisor so Ben doesn't feel picked on.
- Trojan replies to TrojanHey Angie you like to point out Mr Wards Holiday rentals, only doing the same with JH the real , BASxxxx behind this .
- All over replies to Ank| 4 repliesYes, really all over the place. This one was set up by JH but then the usual suspects came on board. They are all complicit to varying degrees. I suspect that individually they would not be able to pull it off.
Any idea which IFA Portia uses? They need reporting to the FCA for a start. - AngieBrooks replies to All over| 3 repliesNeed to call them and find out 0151 448 5139. Loving the "who is Portia" section (Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice!). Doesn't get much more evasive than that. "Access tax-free cash today. Unlock huge benefits by taking your pension overseas". Also sending UK residents' pensions to dodgy QROPS? That's youknowwho's speciality.
- QROPS replies to AngieBrooksmight be a spurious connection, but I could of sworn that the application form said capita could move the fund to QROPS if needed. Anyone confirm that? What is the issue about uk residents on this?
- Ank replies to AngieBrooks| 1 replyDid anyone who went through CApita have to sign anything?
'Recent advice in the UK has been issued in relation to a practice known as “pension liberation” or “pension unlocking” which has been used to defraud prospective investors’ pension funds usually by offering a financial incentive. Hudson Clark Limited is fully aware of this practice and does not facilitate any form of pension liberation activities or assist others to do so. Prospective investors are therefore required, where applicable, to sign a notice confirming that they have not been offered any financial or other inducement and that independent financial advice has been taken.'
its part of the disclaimer on the Portia website - AngieBrooks replies to Ank"'The information in this application form is true and complete and it forms the basis of my application to join Capita Oak Pension Scheme:
