I could say that I'm fortunate I don't have the money or pension to invest or I'm unfortunate that I don't have the money.
I'm aware of TWs actions from the past and did have missed calls from Capita Oak but luckily ignored them. It makes my blood boil that TW and co are living the life of luxury on other people's money.  The only hard work he has put in is how to set up his next scam. He has been brought up with good values and morals being the son of a policeman!! His apartment/hotel scams left a lot of people trapped including a lady who had just lost her husband and was talked in to investing the life insurance money - she lost it all. Creeps like him will keep getting away with their scams until our regulators actually take positive visible action.

Yes,  really all over the place.  This one was set up by JH but then the usual suspects came on board.  They are all complicit to varying degrees. I suspect that individually they would not be able to pull it off.

might be a spurious connection, but I could of sworn that the application form said capita could move the fund to QROPS if needed. Anyone confirm that? What is the issue about uk residents on this?
