ive been trying to get hold of the same people concerned but can't get no answers.not ha happy chappie ive put over one hundred thousand pound to them can someone help please

As per message above I dealt with a man called Craig Mason. I have found a contact number for him which is 07584663959, but when I try to call it goes straight to answer phone. Try it if you wish see if you have better luck than me.

An Independent Financial Adviser too...Have been referred to a lady who has lost her 35k pension to Capita Oak...done through an outfit called JP Sterling back in Jan 2013..JP Sterling now brings up an FCA warning on the FCA website..

I have spoken to the FCA and in turn the well known company which transferred the monies in the first place...will see where it gets me...

Update on capita oak or imperial trustees services ltd.

I received an email to say that police are taking action against this company but can't say if will receive any monies back but fingers crossed. At least they won't be able to rip anyone else off.

I am in the same position as you all, I phoned that stupid Craig mason last Friday and complained, he stated that capita oak are still trading, I informed him that their phone is constantly engaged so how can they be. I got very heated on the phone and called him a robbing [***].
I would be very grateful if anyone can give me any kind of details with regards the fraud aspect any numbers emails etc.
Cheers people and lets get these [***] behind bars.

As I understand it, Craig Mason claims to have been a generator of pension leads for Capita Oak...in Liverpool ? Yet as I understood it, they were based in Worsley, Manchester.
JP Sterling are the firm in Speke, Liverpool, again, as I understood it..some sort of broker (they have warnings on the FCA website relating to this firm, added at the end of 2013)
The lady I have been dealing with recently, had dealt with these two firms yet having spoken on her behalf to the well known pension company, her pension monies were sent to a company with a "legit" pension scheme reference number by the name of Imperial Trustees which apparently, according to companies house, is based in Kent...though it looks as if they were dissolved at the end of 2013....
The address for Imperial Trustees that the cheque in respect of her moneywas sent to was in......Worsley ! I bet the number is a non geographical (0845) telephone number rather than a 0151 or 0161....??

The company who transferred the pension to them...MAY have a case to answer

the telephone number for action fraud is 03001232040 give them a call and let them know of the thieving gits. Hopefully we can help others and maybe just maybe can see some of our money back. It would be nice to see them in jail. Stew S can you contact Craig Mason and ask him for a mobile number for capita oak and inform him that unless our monies are returned he will be mentioned in fraud investigations.

I've made formal complaints to L&G and SW on the advice of FCA as they wasn't a regulated company the above companies should not have released the funds (just another angle to recover my monies,they can afford better legal assistance than me)
I also had a call from HMRC who was very interested in this company

Address you mention is the same one that Royal London sent a cheque to payable to Imperial Trustees. .. now understand that Premier pension transfers use the same address...any word back from Widows or L&G ?

All...im guessing that those directly involved were offered an incentive ..maybe in the region of 1500 or 2% of their monies...in the form of a loan payment via Thurlstone. ..based in Gibraltar? ?!!

Had letters confirming that my complaint as been assigned to an investigator with usual apology regards being unhappy with service
 My aim is to get them involved mainly for there clout they will have more than us mortals, I'm also hoping that FCA are right about there liability to ensure that the transfer was to a regulated company, FCA have no record of either capita or imperial so it's looking good

L&G and Widows will have done a check...simply have they got a pension scheme reference number...imperial had one...I believe they should have done much more...where did they issue the cheques to...31 Memorial Road..M28.?
