Comment on Mail article "Total scumbags doing this. Hunt the perpetrators down, seize and sell their assets and put them away for good, take you pick of how to do that!" got more than 500 likes. Time to name and shame and put behind bars (and not the sort they usually haunt)

It is appalling what these people have done. They have ruined people's lives to feed their own dirty habits!

We know the creators and ALL those involved along the way regularly check this forum mainly to see if they have been exposed. Well they can hide behind BD while they can, but  this disaster has so much exposure now it will force those in power to take action to  put it right!

As for BD and his numerous prior postings of reassurance. I would totally ignore. Read the constructive criticism and it is easy to understand that he is merely a tea boy hampering those seeking the knitty gritty

This of course is on instruction from the exact individuals who have stolen the schemes funds.

GF is a great mate of SW (former Chairman of Canvey Island FC) and was flogging Ark to death - having learned the dirty tricks of the trade he now flogs pension schemes with truffle trees as the sole asset. Most likely SCC and BF assist him with leads/cold calls, and SW/AS/BP do the transfer admin

Agree with most of that but not about BD    I know he is working in the members interests .. You may disagree with that but give him chance to report to trustee & members..

think everyone was prepared to give him a chance but he hasnt communicated with either the members or the Ombusdman which looks suspicious, and makes him look well dodgy - plus he keeps lying about BP and AF which doesnt exactly help

I believe he has communicated with members and by his own admission on this site the authorities . As for Bp & Af find it hard to believe he's lying what would he gain..

If they didn't want valuations etc being done why would they be carrying on trying to get them done and getting other vital information that the authorities have gained already from SF and JWK ...this may be just the reason  why there has been no appointment of Dalraida (or equivalent)...or it just could be the fact that there's sod all assets (in cash anyway) that they can get there greedy mitts on whereas there was with Ark...terrible scaremongering in the papers over the weekend though understand why the members publish...
Ironic that the original media guys who brought this to the front in 2014 are working behind the scenes to get results yet the FT,DM and ST are way way behind and only interested in publishing rather than investigating...no doubt they'll be there to take the pic of the guys locked up...rather than being arrested..
