Not been on this site for several weeks due to the fact people talk bollocks.
I see it's still the same old abbreviated [***]. I have realised that my pension has been stolen.
its about time we had some action against the people that stole it.

What has this Highgate got to do with Capita? The fact you mention them implies some connection but does this affect Capita anyhow?
I recall a posting, hundreds of pages back, where Ms/Mrs Brooks/Brookes said she appointed herself director so she could get a professional firm of accountants to look at the scheme. That was blocked by the people in  Bromley and an accountant in the same building as ITSL was then appointed and then his client was appointed as the independent trustee.
    Have I got that right?

am beginning to get a bit confused - and I think all the initials are bothering some people, so would it be a good idea if somebody wrote a complete start to finish account of what happened and who did what and exactly where we are now? this might make things clearer and provide some much needed transparency for everyone

    Yes spot on but,
Highgate and Thames were also Hadley companies and somehow managed to appoint brooks as director at ALL three. How you do that manually when you have to get somehow to sign on behalf of the company, Imperial Included is a little mystery. In addition,  why remain as director on the other two with dodgy addresses. Why didn't /doesnt the earlier media teams, the ones with the year plus experience in this listen or talk to her.Why does everyone fall out with her. TEAIM. How does it affect Capita? Common originator..common threads all the way..

Who registered Capita Oak with HMRC? Was it Hadley, did he send the completed documents to HMRC for all of these schemes? I thought ITSL was a Payne company, he is the shareholder and so he is the one responsible for appointments surely.

Good start (Payne was also the original director).  So a couple of questions: why did Payne then resign?  Who was behind Medplant? Payne must have known this. Lets take it step by step!

you are going up a blind  alley once again  . i would leave that route alone  and concentrate on someone who was not listed as a director.

hear what you are saying, but if we do the known people first we can then go on to the ones in the shadow, sure that we've got the ones on record before we list the off-record ones - lots of people on here want / need to know both

So Hadley asks persons, maybe somebody who once met SW,to set up a scheme.
They set it up...and the rest is history. .
So what do you want...the person who sets up the scheme and many pension shells on a regular basis or the guy who approached them knowing what the asset was, knowing about "loan co" and knowing that at best it would baffle HMRC..

to be honest, both are needed - a director/shareholder may or may not have known how the company he set up was going to be used (by other parties) and may or may not have been involved in the running of the company after he resigned, but he is still responsible legally

quick question - why Downs & Co? why not an independent accountant/auditor?

    SW replies to opinion
If you mean not independent because some people happened to be aware of somebody who could help and therefore because they know someone that means they're not independent...Then i would say irrelevant ..
you don't get your house painted by a complete stranger you get someone who knows someone and before anyone says this is different, yes it is, but the whole" get somebody to do a job" system is based on stuff like this..referrals...communication issued this week

the people to look at here are the people that set the scheme up and who decided on the investment ,not always the directors !

I didn't think Angela was involved in the set up or running of the scheme? Or do you know something we don't? Seems to me we should concentrate on who did what with CO and Imperial and who stole the money.
