The Pensions Ombudsman is using scheme registration as the reason to reject claims against insurance companies. Investors have said that registration was the reason that they moved their pensions. If the scheme had not been registered, none of us would be on here talking about Capita Oak. Who completed the registration or who told him to do it? Someone knows.

what is the dubai comment about? if rich people are buying from dubai then would that mean that storefirst is in funds to buy units back to get out of this or is that overley hpoeful?

Rich people are rich because they don't invest in stupid investments. I think it highly unlikely that professional investors in Dubai are putting money into SF.
