A certain constabulary had been informed  and in turn gave information to suggest that there's no need for them to be involved because  of the major work that has been going in police force up above.
Can someone please explan why nobody is jumping up and down on SF but simply wants to  attack some one has been trying to help ? Had sight of 'Docs' clearly states K Dunlop gave authority to J Hadley to give instructions to Metis  on behalf of Itsl. Also surprised to see that Metis were unaware of 8% return and only heard thro media. Had sight of copy emails asking for monies to be paid to 'other non service' companies . The police have been informed I'm assured, and have no reason to doubt.

I think we both have an Idea and he will have to answer to the authorities, which I want all the involved parties to . Im sure I don't need to go into post dated Firector resignations etc  all info has been passed on to the authorities and I'm sure they've heard both sides.

They are worthless now. Before they were worth a fortune to TW and ITSL but nobody will buy a 2nd hand pod because there's no 30% intro commission.  And no private buyer would buy one. The adverse publicity won't have helped but that's not the whole story. It was a ponzi scheme from the start. ITSL knew that from the start.

Just comes down to who was ITSL and those who were throwing stuff into the scheme left right and centre when the guys up north were flapping as they had t move quick

I've not really supported anybody if you look back at any of my posts, I've always been willing to give them a chance I've always only had one thing in mind to recover my investment,after what I've learnt today that is going to be impossible so therefore no one is left to be given a chance trust me days maybe weeks but the news is coming

I did express the incompetence and lengthy untrustworthy people allegedly sorting this mess out with you a few pages back. You  disagreed and upheld your defence for Brian Downs, like many others using this forum.

Perhaps now you and others will accept that Brian Downs is nothing more than a tea boy under full instruction from Mr Fowler and Mr Perkins.

Always was open minded on my choice of who to trust,and was very cautious in defending certain people as all I had to go on was a gut feeling,my mind and opinion changes as different issues come to light.
Only trust 1person 100% and that's myself.

Point taken axel but things change, at that point in this mess,I was prepared to put my trust in Brian and defend and support him,up to and until my opinion is changed,which it as been,and I believe very shortly everyone else's will be.
I am always open minded and my level of trust is variable on a daily basis
