Ruth Almond resigned as director on 30th April, document filed two days ago. I trust a new contact has been made by whoever the scheme advisers are.

Interesting theory, and that would make sense. Downs/Perkins/Fowler agree not to carry out valuations and TW agrees to pay Downs' fees to keep the members at bay with a load of nonsense about carrying out "investigations". TW obviously knows Downs is both bent and stupid, but that works well for him.
