It is a dying shame that there are certain Individuals hampering the situation, however this has been so for a long time now, and we all have mixed opinion on who has actually helped and who has hindered.

Although a great deal of the members money has been lost and inevitably further reductiona will follow i believe the main topic of interest for all is to have at least something to transfer out and leave the terrible circumstances of Imperial behind them. Yes agree that those whom made a contribution to the scam should be brought to  justice in some way but I would suggest that most will be more interested in leaving the scheme with at least something in their pot albeit this will be significantly reduced so as to close this chapter. The investigation of who will face any criminal proceedings is another story.

I wish the CO members some closure I really do!

A lot of revelations about the Insolvency Service and their winding up petition against ITSL but what news about who was operating the Thurlstone loan scam?

It is not illegal to record any conversation even if you don't tell them if it is for your own use only.
If you wish a third party to listen to it, you must then tell the other person AND get their permission to do so.

so what does that mean for the pods, the last update from Imperial seemed to confidently state the pods had made money , 26% and they even added the rent that I assume is still missing and Downs was quoted by the omsbudman as saying he had no reason to believe anything untoward had happened to mr xyz's investment. so how far short of the 14 million pounds mentioned in the update is is likely to be?

I would imagine last update was made with the information available at the time. It looks like new information is now available.
