My name is Ollie Smith and I'm a pensions journalist for a company called Citywire.

I'm conducting an investigation into Capita Oak, which seems to be the subject of much of the discussion on this feed. I'd like to hear your experiences and frustrations.

I'd especially welcome any details from victims of this scheme regarding their experience, the action they've taken and the progress and outcomes of any complaints.
