In the same vain that I felt I couldn't comment on the content of the petition to the court for Omni / ITSL  / TWH prior to this week..
I can't comment on the why's and what's expected now for TWH...and as there's a huge connection with all 3 and this whole mess, I feel it's still not the right to thing to do to comment even now on the content of the original petition.Suffice to say the petition and content is huge and takes hours to read.

So if this person was paid by Imperial for finding the investment and paid by the sales company pushing the investment, would that not be classed as making a decision for your own gain to the detriment of the company.
I think it has been established who had control of Imperial by appointing own Directors and making the investment. Not even gone into Omni but sure it's a similar scenario

How much is Toby Whittaker paying you? The store pod investment is TW@s idea, pushed by his friends with a promise of up to 50% commission on the pods. His kids will probably end up watching him get beat up again because of his actions and greed. (That's not a threat it's just karma)

You obv have trouble reading btwn the lines, of course it's his idea but friends out of loyalty will say it's there's. He pays 30% or 46% dep on contract. Never seen the 50% only 49 but what's 1% extra, unless you reach the target eh .
