MAKE IT STOP.  You guys been wittering on here for two years because you didn't have the gumption to set up your own webpage. No wonder you all lost your investment, you ain't got the proverbial clue. If it's yellow, smells, runs, looks like cheese, it's .... most likely .... cheese. The ripoff merchants you've donated your savings to are gone, live and learn.

Don't reply to me, the reason for no webpage is when people Google Capita Oak or storefirst scam it leads to this site and plenty more. I know it's a scam and want to spread the word sites like this expose it as such. Trouble is people set up sites asking for info and JWK get them to retract all info. This site is reg in the good old US of A where freedom of speech rules OK

The algorithms behind Google Analytics determines which sites have the greatest number of hits so of course it leads here - seek & ye shall find. U.S Constitution's Freedom of Speech or not don't get posters off the hook from from implied or direct libel, as many on this site appear not to comprehend. You all been strung along by those behind this "Investment opportunity" by people long long gone, with money now irrecoverable or used up in legal or accountancy rake. Unregulated investments tend to do that, even without the advantage of hindsight. Quite sad.

What I don't understand is who the IFA was that signed off the clients? I hear of IFAs now refusing to agree to clients taking cash from pensions Etc in case they get landed with a law suit. Is this not the same for the IFA parasites who helped this scam?
I don't hear of anyone blaming these guys, but surely they are just as much to blame?

Signed off the clients ? Nobody signed anything for Capita Oak or Henley ( unless you count the IFA who may have created a report after the event which confirmed yes or no). This scam didn't touch ifas..it wouldn't have happened if it had. And yes..the cash from pensions is correct though that's the ambulance chasing world we live in.
    Sipp investment different matter.
