Do we put the whole pension lot on there or minus the loan i got or add it separately somehow?

I mean do we have to pay that back now as well or can we keep it and take it away from our pot that was moved across?

Won't the IS have to recover all assets including loans made out to everyone ? That is what would happen with ''normal" pension schemes. If that happens then will HMRC ask for tax too on the loans? Any pension experts out there able to answer this one?

Imperial is totally separate from capita oak . Imperial was not the trustee and the or has been informed of this point.

Who was trustee?

There was no trustee ,just an administrator

I agree though the O R I hope will attempt first to realise the asset..

this is the declaratoin that was signed to apply for this scheme, typing it out from the form directly it mentions trustees. it says they are responsible for all decisions and so who is going to be found responsible? so there were no trustees and does that mean this application should be cancelled?

I wish it was as simple as cancelling the application...if it's cancelled ..which is in effect what's going on now..the assets need to be realised...and that's proving to be extremely difficult for many not only C O members

You clearly state that it says on the form ..... trustee, administrator or manager Not just trustee ,so there you have it , imperial did not declare themselves trustees on the very first document .

How can it be transferred to a QROPs? No member would qualify for one. I doubt that any are thinking of going to live overseas

News to me if the scheme is QROPS though i would NOT be cyprised (!!) if it was.
It could be transferred though no point due to your last point etc.

Does tam stand for trustees, administrators and managers as per the declaration ?!
