Like normal company pensions, SSASs are not policed by the FCA. So, there is not much in the way of regulatory control over what is invested. Also, the facility for loans can be abused. When HMRC get wind of this, they act against the member and the investor has little regulatory recourse. They could try to ask The Pensions Regulator for help, but it is easier to get Matt Damon from Mars than get action out of that lot.

If only that was true, some attached to this scam have been involved in others and will continue to be so.

Group first ltd is not  the parent company of store first ltd it is group first london ltd . The two group first names are totally unconnected.

i copied that quote from an article that was posted on the group first website.  so i dont need to be careful about anything...maybe its TW@ that needs to be clearer about the parent company name?

Well done , perhaps he can be charged with misrepresentation, he certainly should be.

Has anyone noticed that a number of group first/ store first  accounts are overdue at companies house , does not look good for an organisation that is rapidly expanding!

No doubt most will be wound up soon
Maybe the people behind Group First Ltd should be looking out for their own interests and ask for everything to be represented properly.

Companies house now offer a beta checking service which allows you to view forms submitted and any accounts for free so there is no need to pay any other site

and if you look at the overall owner Groupfirst global Ltd you see a value of all these companies, and the web link takes you to first group.com. Also Harley Scott Holdings who own SF Midlands & Glasgow parking  show nett worth £75k ?
