Er, what is the point? Think they have been contacted and still the pods and the parking places are being sold.

Trouble is Toby Witty Cur has done nothing wrong. He's offered some dodgy investments. Nothing illegal about that (though it should be). With huge kickbacks for the introducers. Nothing illegal about that either.  So who do the cops go after?  Much easier to chase parking tickets.

Isnt knowlingly being complicit in a scam something the cops go for. And what about the obnoxious lot that dealt with the admin in the knowledge that they were committing the investors to a disaster?

Yes you are right, knowingly  being involved. But how do you prove they knew about it? If they admit it, all well and good. But if they dont how do you prove they must have known. ..

Do not forget that at this time nobody still knows whether the original investment has a value . According to the publicity of store first  it has increased considerably in value.

Store First provide their own valuations? How about a kosher firm of surveyors valuing them? Oh yeah, tried that and no valuation was ever completed.

As i understand  it, the pods have not been identified  as yet. Of course the pods have a value, just depends on what it is. And if profitable  just where  and who has them. One would have thought it would be a simple excerise to allocate  the pods to the rightfully  owners. Oh and any monies due as well.... Or am i making it sound to simplistic?
