If I knew where I could speak annonymously to someone, I would. And I'm sure many other ex employees would do the same. But remembers these people are criminals and would not just sit back and let people cause trouble for them

I agree with you, you should be cautious.  Why not ask him on these forums why he wants you to call him. And what is the reason he cant respond to you here?  Also what is the difference  between you posting  the answer here or himself?

The Main reason I joined this forum is in the hope I maybe able to help/answer questions people may have. If I just get immature abuse I'll just leave. After being involved with Jackson Francis/ Portia financial/store first etc i am astounded that they are still operating. And now they have (allegedly) another company operrating, doing the same thing

He was in court on monday as he has been on 2 previous occasions for the previous winding up orders . That's why he said call him

would contact BBC you & yours they seem to have done a bit on this, plenty of links how to contact right people.

Most of the stuff going on in the background  is also in the public domain and in the public intrest. The more that cant be said is in danger of the whole truth not coming out or be known about to the appropriate  authority's.  Tell the truth, and shame the devil....

Most of the background work is just that background work. If it was in the public domain it wouldn't be 'background stuff'. The truth will come out but through the correct channels and the relevant people will be prosecuted. There is a lot of information that can't be shared on here.

I know about people who have been threatend with solicitor letters on other forums and asked to remove their posts or face legal action.

I hope certain solicitors are disgusted by there actions, one report on the MSE site exposed these people for what they are but it was removed. Think of the people that wouldn't have been lured into this if was left on.

I expect  fair amount of the Capita Oak pension money ended up being used to pay lawyers' fees to protect their own income flow and that of their clients.
