This is strange, I have been sent a Capita Oak brochure that states that the sponsoring employer is R P Medplant, the administrator is Imperial Trustees, the investment service provider is FSA registered Ashcroft Rowan Asset Management and FSA registered investment adviser is Impact Financial Solutions.

In fact, it seems that none of the above provided any investment advice or employed anyone or administered the scheme (transferring is not administering a scheme). The rules are signed by RP Medplant and it is hard to read but looks like Alan Fowler. The Imperial signature appears to be Karen Burton but the date was 23rd July 2012.

Look at the date she became a director, it was later on.

I have no idea if any of the above helps Paul T and the others. But Paul is spot on with the tangled web comment.

It says "Plant the seeds to your future" with a big orange tree on it and lists the firms.It seems that Impact is not on the FSA register now.
Surely the person that signed the document, AF, can tell who is behind the firm?

I am trying to look at all the links. It is London Quantum. Newer stuff appeared on the internet yesterday after an investigation into where the money went and it looks like a mess.

The fund invested in Park First Glasgow and some other incredible funds of a similar quality. Everyone conned into this is in the same boat as the Capita Oak victims. Similarities are the suggestion of HMRC action and no one is employed by the sponsoring firm. The people behind this one were part of the admin team of the Capita Oak scheme. I am sure more will come out in time.

People were asking who is now in control after the comment that the sponsoring employer is in control and you were asked rather rudely by someone if you knew who was behind it and you said no. if you know the person that signed as the employer is the person that was mentioned then he will know who is behind the Medplant firm. doesnt this suit all the investors!

Genuinely, I don't know whether the person mentioned signed the form or not. Yes questions to be asked and I assume that the more digging that goes on behind the scenes (that I am not party to yet) the more is discovered (positive and negative).
My last comment was in relation to the fact that only a select few of those who have had some involvement in this whole mess,are of interest to certain parties, which as far as I am concerned is totally WRONG

A couple of pages back someone was saying that some seven or so on a list were innocent. Everyone involved should be investigated no exceptions.

And to the best of my knowledge,have been and continue to be, where appropriate

why do you consider that innocent people should be investigated?
