Well C O was 300 + for 10 million meaning there's another 240 million and 4700 people out there..

you should put out a wider advert? or go on to other forums? could be that all investors are not aware of this forum like we are?

Don't the CO investors have a case for the FCA to take up this investment as an unregulated collective? The management of the investments (Haha) is outwith the investors' control and clearly beyond the control of the muppets at Imperial. Don't SIPP victims have recourse via the long-suffering FSCS paid for by proper advisers?

Why not? There will be no compensation, but the FCA should look at this. Their website clearly states " We are taking direct action against several firms and advisers involved in the sale of UCIS to members of the general public".

The OR has nothing to do with the SIPP investors. Shouldn't the OR act without more having to complain, there is enough evidence of widescale malpractice here.

I am on the side of the members 100per cent but that comment is totally unacceptable and in spite of what has happened to the members should never enter anyone's head.

What happen to him a few years ago..

also was took to court over insurance fraud charges but had his uncle take the blame for that. Wonder who's lined up for this one. Hear his uncle is doing OK in Thailand and the company 'which suffered badly from the exposure ' is now doing pretty well.  Just hope the authorities don't xxck up this time.
