Now that this site has removed the need to register anyone can pretend to be the person you have asked to call you.  There is now a trolls charter on here.

thing about registering on Mse sites is you see time of posting. Julia10 the shill at 1.15 am Nov 18th , 15 mins after a certain tweet about gatwick parking, on your travels or can't sleep.

They will have contacted MSE and demanded to know who posted or for the post to be removed.

This is why , as a previous poster said, warnings don't work.  You asked if "Ank"  was out there. Someone using the name "Ank" responds but can't remember your 'phone number of correct e-mail address,  You know this number is infested with trolls.

Toby has survived by using lawyers to prevent people affected by this scam becoming aware of each other by preventing online discussion. He just needs to do that for long enough for the business to reach its conclusion and collapse. He has already drawn millions from it for his personal benefit, which was his aim. The BBC have good legal support so have not been too badly influenced by his threats - in fact TW's lawyers will know this and probably don't bother sending any. He has not made a complaint to OFCOM either. Thankfully this forum has allowed some of the information to be shared, and it hasn't been stopped because it is out of their jurisdiction in the USA. I see that TW has all but disappeared from blowing his own trumpet on Twitter. It is reasonable to conclude that he is now in the end game and busy tidying up all the loose ends.

As for him going overseas - I can imagine him going abroad for a period, but there are too many family members and horses back here to draw him back.

I am 90% sure he will never get into any trouble over this, but the insurance scam might be a step too far. It all depends who complains to the police and whether they can cope with investigating it.
