Chartered brokers, I would give them the benefit of the doubt at this stage. No suggestion of malpractice by them.

question raised by the BBC's last programme was who provides 'tenant contents insurance' ? which SF declined to give. The info is on SF own and many 'sales agents' website. Just throwing it into the hat.
