One linked to capita oak should go to court, we all know there were more than just capita oak and store first but unless there is a direct proven link there is no point in posting the information, it detracts from the useful details

The individual investors should pull together and take him to court. Maybe a civil case will help them recover their money? The capita oak investors will have a harder time trying to recover their funds.

but the Capita Oak investors signed a disclaimer to ensure there was no comeback on the organisers of the scam. Anyone any thoughts?
