I do not agree ,surely it is store first who are renting out the pods not the scheme,I may be wrong but I do not think so.in any event capita oak are and were not registered for vat.

that case shouldn't store first get done for miss selling? We're the investors made aware of the vat required?

why do other companies charge vat, it's on SF own literature that it's vat exempt because the investor will not reach the threshold unless he has a million invested then he will have to charge vat.
