Investigations seem to disappear with no result at all and swindlers like Whittaker walk away to move on to the next scam

Things in this industry take time,far too much but nobody has given in

What has industry got to do with this? If the authorities had acted like an industry, things would have been dealt with.

Things take for ever in this industry. The Financial services industry. That's what it has to do with it.

But when you have 'professionals' entering a cva with Hmrc and disciplined by their own reg body added to 'champions' of the victims raking fees in ???  Remember question them all then ask what's in it for them not you.

Media is not at fault but the victims need to shout louder so that others are aware of these scams

I suspect the media won't do much till there are prosecutions but since the wideboys have money for lawyers....could be a long wait.

Class action should have been at the top of the list of things to do. It's known who took the money
