Hello meh, same as. Over four years now, i bought four Pods, the only return i did not get was about three weeks rental that was taken by Store First as ground Rent. The company that i was advised to use as my administrators have drained the account that they control in my name is now EMPTY, and i am trying to get released from the Contract with them (Careys). The last report i had from Carey Pensions was that, as usual , there was no tenants occupying any of Mr Stevens Pods at the moment so we shall make his case a priority! Again, and find a tenant asap. Please do not let the Anguish that these scum are causing you take years off you're life.Just try and focus on the things in life that they have absolutely no control over, and that is YOU my friend. ....." I see they refer to the pensions as lost, no beating about the bush there is there then.

We should all sue TW@ a collective case is a good option.  he and the others were aware that these pods were not a suitable investment for pensions but still pushed it.  As the others have disappeared and he is the only one still in the limelight he should feel the brunt.  The pensions may be lost but there is still money in all the pods that were brought on a collective basis.  He and his friends should be made to pay
