Can I please remind you all that none of these scum are any good to us dead.  We need them all - and I mean ALL - alive and well.  So, if you do get their addresses, please visit them with a packet of baby wipes to keep their backsides clean and healthy - not baseball bats.  The last thing I want is any Capita Oak victims getting into trouble.  Vile as these creatures are, GBH is stil GBH and a criminal offence.  We will get them, don't you worry.  But we will do it the legal way.  Some of them will go down in history as the worst serial scammers in history, but what we don't want is them popping up with new scams under new guises - so don't lets drive them underground.

Hello all,

We have been conducting a lot of research into Capita Oak after being contacted by many people who have lost money to them. Capita Oak is a pension liberation scheme (better known as a pension scam) and is known to cold call people in the hope that they can convince someone to transfer their pension in return for a lump sum payable upon transfer. Part of this sum is often paid out but then there is absolutely no more communication from Capita Oak/JP Sterling/ Thurlstone Management/ Imperial Trustees (all of which we have found are connected).

The main issue for the victims that we are helping is that Capita Oak promised that they could have access to their pension before the age of 55. This is NEVER legal and though the victims were unaware of this, they are later hit with a huge tax bill from HMRC.

Are you the company mentioned on Page 44 which charges 23% in fees??

I was unaware that defamatory comments had been made about the company on this thread. Thank you for drawing our attention to it.

I assure you that we absolutely do not charge a 23% fee and that the comments made are obscene - we are working incredibly hard to get victims' money back.

As your website states you want to be transparent how much is the average fee then ?

Stick with your gut. Angie knows what she is doing.  This lot look like they have seen a business opportunity and didn't realise they had already been exposed.

Show us what you have done or is it you see an opportunity that we are all just gullible people and you are just as bad as the rest of them looking for an opportunity to make easy money. Simple produce the evidence or just go away.

Ha BBC X-Ray absolute joke mentioned a poxy salesmans company who introduced to the scheme The owner of store first and Hadley in a 10 second clip ridiculous. Not a mention of any other ring leader what joke these people will be laughing in their big homes bought from members money planning their next scheme.

When will someone official out the top people properly my 15 year old son could do a better job all it takes is a bit of know how and the internet
