I only used the company that i was offered, i was under the impression that the solicitors that was put to me, would not have any connection with each other apart from looking after my best interests in the contract with Careys and Store First!

Hello 'Who', I am not too clever with laws and such but as far as things were meant to be was that i was the customer and Carey's were to be the administrators on my behalf.  Carey's opened a bank account in my name, and as i found out 'too late' i had no control over'. I might add that My solicitors have not been that helpful. Over the last  4 years the balance in the Bank has been reduced to more or less zero due to Careys Admin and various fees. The guaranteed 8% never materialised .

Craig, were you encouraged to use the solicitor mentioned who attended the Christmas party? if you were who pushed you in their direction?
