With you Craig. A large Ponzi scheme that should never have happened. The main culprit being Toby Whittaker, who can be linked to all criminals at capita oak, NPR, the solicitors. Toby Whittaker should have been stopped by the relevant authorities as soon as this case came to light. But he has been allowed to carry on...apartments, land banking, store pods and parking all a scam. Look in to his history and you will find a failed holiday scheme in turkey and a failed scheme in France.
The hmrc, insolvency service and bis have not done anything but watch while this man and his crooked friends have made money by taking deposits from innocent investors.

Have said many many times that you must bombard the insolvency service demanding that action takes place at once  also write to the secretary of state for business affairs.

No one is going to do anything, you cannot even demand a hospital bed anymore.

Has this massive fraud got to do with hospital beds .please let us keep the dialogue sensible!

Hi - After trying to track my pension down today I have found out that I have been part of this fraud as well - I note these dates are from 2014 and wonder if anyone has had any luck with getting any of their pension back?

Hi it's been 0ver two years since my pension was liberated. Has anyone had any luck getting there money back or even even though I gave consent to Arriva to transfer my pension to Jp sterling associates can I have a case against Arriva as a lack of duty of care for not doing there checks before sending my money to Jp sterling associates who supposinly invested my money in capita oak

all pension providers have denied any responsibility, and unfortunately the Pensions Ombudsman supports them (do a search of their site for recent decisions). All providers say that the did do a duty of care because they checked that the pension had an HMRC number. That is ALL the checks they have done, and in reality almost anyone could register a pension and get an HMRC number. That's how lax it was and nobody wants to take responsibility. The case has been in the hands of the Insolvency service for over a year and a half, and I hope they can take some action against Storefirst. That is our only hope - get in touch with them - you should have had a letter a while back

Arriva or Aviva ? I don't blame either of them for transferring out as it goes far higher than that.

Mate, I know you are helping but the past few post you made mean nothing to me, over me head.. Maybe I am a bit of a duffer but you are saying that the pension firms are not gulty for moving the pensions. What does going higher mean then!
