Interesting as controlling company of Storefirst is Groupfirst Global supported by inter company loans ??? The petition is to close in public interest not because it's insolvent.

It is insolvent to the tune of in excess of one million pounds . Do not forget that the store pods and the land on which they stand belong to capita oak and the land is registered at the land registry as such .so this could be the best bit of news for a long time .

I think on reflection it's the leasehold/ freehold issue..
And potentially SF have the bit that matters
