My first part of my comment related to advice, granted, the investment itself is not to blame for the 55 year olds wanting access.
The second part related to providing information to the investors to back up your statement that it is a viable business model. There is no doubt it is a viable business model for the owner of Store First, the provision of the requested information would then allow investors to decide it is is viable for them.
Is that a realistic request?

Do we blame the cold calling sales companies then, Think Sipp, Jackson Francis, Sycamore Crown, Barncroft, Sanderson Clarke, Speke Admin, Titan Marketing. these didn't hang around to see how viable it was they have all closed down.
But look out for Portia Review/Financial , Hudson Clarke all recently incorporated and a familiar name with a familiar address registers one of the Web sites.

Yes, Portia Financial is the Pension Unlocking service run by Stuart Chapman Clark from Goodlass Road Speke (owned by Group First). Another scam, ignored by the authorities, thieving pension money from hard working people. These people have to be stopped

Yep, I agree. It would take the heat out of a lot of this if a valuer could confirm what is in the pension fund.We are all talking blind here. I think most people are just reasonable normal people that are worried and are letting their emotions take over because of the lack of information. Cool your jets guys and get the facts.

I have said I would not post on here again but I have arranged for a valuation of the investment at Store First to be implemented. Members will be informed as soon as it is completed.

Let us get the valuation first, but in all honesty an experienced valuer will give both a mathematical and realisable value.

Sorry to Unity, I really cannot say how long the valuation will take but you may rest assured that I will keep the pressure on.

So, if there is a delay, it can only come from Store First.
