In answer to your points: 1. Firstly, some accounts are easy, some not so easy; it has not taken several months. I was first instructed during the first week in October to investigate and about two weeks ago to prepare accounts. 2. With regard to the 1.7 million, this was not sent by Imperial or authorized by Imperial, but in all honesty, we do not know as yet whether it was sent by anyone. 3. What missing several hundred thousand are you referring to? Please enlighten me.

When asked by the BBC, Whittaker confirmed that he had paid the rent of 1.7 million pounds. The BBC mentioned it was to a firm called Transeuro. I am sure the BBC double checked this before going to press. Anyway, that transaction would not be in the Imperial accounts.

Karen, I do not think it has taken a long time. Please remember I was instructed to investigate on October 1st and to prepare accounts only about 2 weeks ago. Try and phone me at my office before 5 PM today.

Good news then, so the rent was either paid to Imperial or is now due to be paid into the scheme.

The 1.7 must be in the accounts for Capita Oak (not for Imperial, as it was removed as administrator) as irrespective of whom it was paid to fraudulently, it is still due to Capita Oak.

I can assure you the rent was not repeat not paid to Imperial in any shape way or form.

In that case, I am sure you will agree that the trustees running the pension scheme at the time the pods were purchased are liable for the non-collection of the rent. Who signed the contracts to purchase the pods?

I can assure you Imperial was removed as administrator, and was never trustee.  I cannot comment on your ability to prepare a set of accounts, but when I see them you can be assured I will comment.  Am hoping to be pleasantly surprised, but bearing in mind I have already issued a set of accounts that only thing that you need to do now is ensure that the bank statements are reconciled and then let me have copies of all the bank statements.  Criminal reports will be submitted this week, so these are now required urgently.  My request to you has been made privately and now it is being made publicly.

We are all fed up with the promises that simply do not materialise.  Just remember this is our future that is being messed around with here. This isn't a game and it certainly isn't time for protecting those that have clearly scammed so many decent hard working people!
