- Paul T replies to Paul T| 6 repliesProgramme could be more important than i thought ...watch it...ITN put the programme together for C4. ..didn't realise the programme was in effect, Dispatches
- Ank replies to Paul T| 4 repliesThe infamous store first mentioned!! What a surprise!!
- C4 replies to AnkIncredible comments from Store First.. Not us Guvnor!
- Paul T replies to Paul TThank you C4 for mentioning Storefirst. ..
what do we have to do as IFAs to make people take independent advice...Mr Webb? I've met you...you threw beer on me...but you are wrong, the default is an annuity if you don't contact the company in question...seen it in the last month.. - Paul T replies to Ank| 2 repliesDidn't realise it was Dispatches. ..For ITN ..
spoke with them at length months ago. .They could have said so much more...at least one Capita Oak member spoke in detail with them... - Ank replies to Paul T| 1 replyDidn't seem like the programme was concentrating on the scams but more in what may happen in the months to come with pension changes. There needs to be a whole programme on the actual scams so called pension liberators run.
What more could have been expected from store first other then....me know nothing?
Anyone that has lost money should be working on trying to recover the money from where it was 'invested' the liberators have disappeared the trustee will go in to liquidation but storefirst will still have the investment. There is no guaranteed rental income from this pods, and they are highly over valued..I give it another year or so before TW stops the Storefirst operation. Looking at accounts may be useful but where is that going to get you? And how much time has been wasted waiting for the accounts? - Mrs EntwistleSeems to me Chancellor Osbourne has opened the gates for scammers and it is going to be a total nightmare for this country in the future.
This England has not had good leadership for over 60 years. Its an utterley disgraceful the way this country is being ruined ! - The Accounts replies to AnkAnk, this is a depressingly accurate description of events.
The comments from Storefirst were wholly inadequate, the reporter pointed out that the investor had not seen any rent. It does not matter if Storefirst is a pension administrator or not, where is the rent? The rent is paid to Storefirst by the tenants, if there are any.
I am guessing all the accounts would do is show what money came in and where it went. I would be surprised if any accounts are issued and I would not trust them if they were unless an independent auditor checked them out. Downs is instructed by his client(s) and not the members. The guaranteed rent of 16% was added to the price, on top of the commission of 30%, so what is the real value? Forget the accounts, the money needs recovering. - Frank replies to ?I know but I am Frank with the big F.....behave yourself.

Roger Chant - BRIAN DOWNS replies to Wondering| 3 repliesI did my job so stop this nonsense. It is now with my client as I did mention before. I do believe my promise to the members has been fulfilled.
- Angie replies to A league of extraordinary nob heads| 1 replyAnthony Salih will be most upset if you don't include him since he played a pivotal role in Capita Oak. He works at 31 Memorial Road (for Stephen Ward) which was the address of Capita Oak before it got transferred to Goodlass Road.
- The Accounts replies to BRIAN DOWNSIf you have done as much as you can, then fair enough. But, if the accounts are not released, what was the point of this exercise?
- Karen replies to AngieOh yes, don't upset him please
- Angie replies to BRIAN DOWNS| 1 replyYou promised to report back to the Capita Oak victims with a full report on your "investigations" and accounts. Are you saying that Perkins, Fowler and Ward are stopping you from doing it? Or have all three of them run out of ink simultaneously for the past couple of months? Please lets have no more nonsense about Chant - we all know he is nobody and nowhere. You might try mentioning to your "client" that 486 Ark members were mere victims of fraudulent advice and promises that the Ark loans were tax free. All except one who made a £143,080.99 transfer and got a 70k loan in the full knowledge that it was taxable. That is deliberate tax fraud. Bearing in mind he would have had all the HMRC and Dalriada correspondence and seen the Justice Bean ruling, to do the same to the Capita Oak victims thereafter was unforgivable. And when he realises the full implication of what he has done and his reasons for knowing full well that he was committing the Capita Oak members to the same fate he probably won't feel quite as perky.
- The Accounts replies to AngieI stand corrected, there was mention of an investigation now you mention it. How can Chant, recently drafted in, possibly comment on the accounts without details of the history?
Is there a suggestion that one of the organisers that is linked to Perkins also borrowed money from his pension? - BRIAN DOWNS YOU CROOKGo away Downs of Downs & Co you are a lying t w a t haven't you done enough damage
- den| 5 repliesProbably shooting myself in the foot here with all the piss takers and fraudsters on here but can all the genuine victims please
go on twitter and support Sue Flood's campaign 'When will you listen?' - Ank replies to denThere are two tweets on there...the Facebook page angie set up hasn't really taken off. Can't get rid of the time wasters
- Anon replies to den| 3 repliesFacebook means using your name. Not sure how many would want to admit publically that they were scammed. Yes, Downs, scammed!
