I echo the sentiments of Karen and Den.  Well done Strings.  Lots of malicious posts on here and several posts from people pretending to be me, but I think by now most people know how to tell genuine posts from fake ones.  Every bit of information and intelligence is invaluable to the authorities  and contributes to breaking down the wall of deception  built up by the fraudsters.  We all know that it is the fraudsters making all these disruptive posts and perhaps now Brian Downs will realise what scum they are now that they have tried to ridicule and discredit him too.  They brought him on board to create the illusion that "Imperial" was trying to help, but the last thing they will do is allow Chant to sign off the accounts and release them to the members or me.  And anyway, Downs can't complete the accounts because he doesn't have all the information that the fraudsters will have withheld from him.  There is more important news due out on Monday, although I can't tell you what time, but as soon as I receive it I will post it on here and email all the members.

Both.  We now know exactly who was involved and where they are.  All we now need to do is to trace the money and prove who stole the 1.6 million and the 1.22 million.  Then bring all those responsible (whether culpable, negligent or complicit or all three) to justice.  We have proof that Perkins, Fowler and Ward were behind it all, and whether they actually stole the money or not, they were responsible for facilitating it and for setting up an occupational pension scheme in the first place that was neither occupational nor a scheme, with an invalid trust deed that was possibly a forgery anyway.  But even more important is last week's Pensions Ombudsman's ruling because all the ceding providers were negligent in that they allowed transfers into an invalid occupational scheme and were complicit themselves in financial crime by not stopping the transfers in the first place.

What have I got wrong?  If you know something that I don't then disclose it. I have stated the facts all of which are supported by evidence. Challenge me on something specific and support your argument. No point saying I am wrong without explaining about what and why.

All you have is theory not a fact

No I have hard evidence. And am prepared to back it up. People know who I am, where I live and work, what I do, how I do it and why. Everyone knows how to contact me and I am happy to disclose my evidence completely and transparently. I do also have theories but so far I have only published facts backed up by clear evidence. I welcome challenge and if you think I am wrong then tell me why. And tell us who you are. I have no reason to hide. Show us that you don't and that you have something valuable to contribute. Just saying I am wrong without backing it up with evidence is not a proper argument.

As you put it between theory and fact the national fraud office believes that crimes have been committed. So why do all parties who are trying to delay and obscure the truth not use there real identities when posting as we who invested have nothing to hide except culpable stupidity in believing the lies that have led to this forum. Delaying tactics will only lead to longer sentences and larger losses on their part.

Letter from whom and about what?  The Insolvency Service is writing to many Capita Oak members. They are investigating both Store First and Imperial.

A Capita Oak victim just sent me the Imperial letter. Obviously written by Fowler. Just more delaying tactics to try to deflect attention from why Imperial never did proper accounts in the first place and why Perkins, Fowler and Ward invested 100% of the members' funds into an illiquid/speculative asset and why they allowed the rent to be paid to Transeuro.  Imperial has no business doing any of this because it is neither the trustee nor the administrator any more so they (Fowler) now acting fraudulently.  Claim to be represented by Bark & Co (solicitors who typically represent notorious fraudsters, thieves and murderers - as advertised on their own website).  Downs is now officially instructed by Perkins/Fowler/Ward not to communicate with Capita Oak members (they think he is a "loose cannon" likely to give the game away through his stupidity).
