Hi, just had a call from 01542842715 claiming that ' according to their records I have had an accident and may be entitled to compensation'. What a load of rubbish. The message then went on to say press 5 for an on line advisor or 9 if I did not want to make a claim. Please WATCHDOG if you have any teeth left stop these rubbishy calls. Pure nuisance value for me but for others may cause stress problems.

Like Vic above I too received a call today but at 0948 advising me that ' according to their records I have had an accident and may be entitled to compensation'. The pre-recorded message identified the call coming from Hatton I think.  No idea whose records they're using because I'm unaware of any accident for which I'm due compensation...!  I was invited to press 5 for an on-line advisor or 9 if I did not want to make a claim - I hung up....!!  Like many others, I'm TPS registered and have been for 10 years, so why do these call keep coming?  These nuisance calls MUST BE STOPPED...

Call purporting to be from 01542842715 received this morning (2nd April 2013). Caller left no message so I tried calloing back - number not recognised.  Obvious this is an unauthorised use of this number to by-pass anonymous caller blocking. It is time the telephone service providers themselves were forced to block these calls at source. Either that or provide all subscribers with call barring and caller ID services for free.

Some financial automated call suggesting I had oped in. Completely false, ignore and report

they keep calling me every month, im fed up of this. would like 2 no how they got my home number when im x directory. if this doesnt stop im doing them 4 harassment. they try saying i did a survey with them. but they r calling from Northern Ireland. theyre a debt recovery agency

Has anyone tried putting these numbers into their phone (caller display needed) and labeling  them "Scam" or some other name? You'd know not to answer then!

Yet another load of rubbish - why does the TPS not do anything - probably because they are on to a good thing - about time the Gov did something about these scammers - some people must get led in or they would not do it.
