Just had a voice text from Sally saying the same as others have commented.  Googled it and ended up here - but being forewarned I called them and they were EXTREMELY rude and wanted an awful lot of information from ME.  I said that THEY had left the message and made no indication of who they were trying to contact.  Got nowhere and going to report them to whoever I can.  

We have an unlisted phone number.  If you fancy a row - give them a call.  I think I might call them again this afternoon - just for the hell of it!!!

reeceived letter from meritforce but called number and it was mackenzie hall, seems they are the same company but tricks you into thinking you are calling meritforce. Checked 192 got number for meritforce they checked there system and they never has a record of me, called back mackenzie hall again and its them that are chasing you. They don't listen spoke to a Mrs mcneil who spoke to me like scum. Its a debt not a crime, think they should speak as such, they have no right to speak to me in the manner they did.Mr s Mcneil said she would send somebody to my door and slammed the phone down, Very professional, also spoke like an alley cat, common and rude thro out the call.

Mrs McNeill has VD. She cant get rid of it. Always uptight as she hasnt had sex in 10 years. She has no friends and works as a debt collector. What a sad cu.nt

there people have been calling my office, even though im on maternity leave threatening all sorts. They were rude on the phone. I have stupidly paid them £100 today for something i cant remember owing

Scum of the earth that think the have a little bit of power. Hounded me with up to 5 calls a day, for a debt that wasnt even mine. Would love to see the end of them all. Oh and my names not really Polly just thought id be really clever like the trolls on here.

The end of DCAs would be excellent, as would be the end of the companies that employ them in the first place.  Then, we might see the whole financial industry forced to exhibit less greed, less arrogance and less chance for dishonest shyster parasites like Bartle, Cornell and MacKenzie to frighten their bread and butter out of others.

Who is this Anon E Mouse person? Are they sponsored by a major company or maybe goverment? If so can I have a job the hours are a bit odd, mostly seems to work in the early hours of the morning. But who cares as it must pay well.
Anyway this company McKenzie Hall have been sending texts to my landline plus threatening letters. I will not deal with them only the origional creditor. Ive told them this but the harresment continues. So Im taking legal action for harrassment & stress caused by their actions.
I delivered the papers personally on Friday. It was a first floor office in a Ind Est.
They were shocked to say the least to see me. Stand up to these morons, dont let them walk over you. They have no rights to harrass people because of this financial climate we find ourselves in.
My damages are treble what they are looking me to pay. A copy of my Doctors report was included, which they are alslo paying for.
I wont let this drop they can be sure of that.

I received a text to call Mackenzie urgently as well, it left a reference no and tel no the same as everyone elses, just deleted it and ignored it when the phone number came up on my phone again, I thought if something is that urgent they will write to me, I knew anyone important to me could get a message to me.  My advice is just to ignore these losers, they will get what's coming to them soon

This company was warned by the Office of Fair Trading earlier this year for dubious business practices.  They've also been mentioned several times by the Daily Mirror for the same reason, and are very well known to Kilmarnock Trading Standards, who are bursting the seams with complaints and enquiries about this company.

Take it from me - this company's reputation for greed, unethical behaviour, and rudeness has been very well earned.

Ask MH staff if they like sugared doughnuts when they call - they love being asked that!

Ill do a donut on your doorstep when I call at your polly winny mouse or what ever name your using.

Do what you like on my doorstep, but you can't collect it.

Oh, that's right.  You can't collect anything, can you?  At least not legally, because you can never get proof of debt.  And you know you can get nowhere without it.

If you weren't so crap at your job, then you wouldn't to vent your spleen on public forum boards, would you?
