I answered but they hung up

Had a call regarding my mobile contract, and they claim to save me money. They had details of my mobile contract (company, amount)etc.

I failed to find out what the company name is, but the person speaking gave the name Zack King... He also mentioned that he rarely does phone calls (being an executive of some sort)... I was too busy to talk further.

Regardless it sounded dodgy!

Called yesterday and they hung up. Called twice today and I rejected both calls.

This number keeps calling me, i rang it back and it put me through to vms customer services.

Called yesterday at 18:50 I missed the call.

Called today at 15:09 I answered but they hung up.

Called tonight at 19:40 I missed the call.

They called me today about giving me a very good mobile contract, but they JUST needed all my debit card details for this including the CVV number. I've said I won't give my card details over the phone and requested an e-mail with their exact offer. I've seen no e-mail from them yet.

This seems like a scam to me. Do you think I should call the police about it?

They're still calling me, I'm calling my mobile provider about it. KJ, yes this is a scam, do not give out your card details under any circumstances.

This number has called me 6 times to date, and when i pick up they hang up!!! Never been able to speak to anyone ... is this a scam, do they get money everytime i pick up??? strange.  will reject them next time.  Thanx for this website

They have called me a few times again yesterday and today. Yesterday the guy told me that they are the Three Network, but I've checked that with 3 and they don't recognize such a number. When I told this to the guy today he told me that they are actually a dealer for 3 called BMS and based in Manchester (although their phone number suggests Norfolk). I've checked on the web but the only results for BMS in Manchester are for the British Mycological Society. I doubt they would be selling phones.

This is a scam for sure.

I've had about 6 calls over the past week from this number - as with others you call it and it's company called BMS.  Their automated answer system gives you the choice of 1 for customer service and 2 for sales - pressing 1 gets the message that they're experiencing technical difficulties, pressing 2 gets a dead line.

I just got a missed call from them, called it back and lo and behold it's "BMS"'s ansaphone. Cheers for the info guys.

Been getting up to 2 calls a day from this number in the last 2 weeks but they always hang up. The last one was today at 12:12pm

PS, In reference to the poster above, I know someone who works for the British Mycological Society; I can assure you it's not them!

They call me 2-3 times a day. I usually reject them but ive picked up a few times and they have hung up! Im 15

Tehy've called me like once or twice a day for about the last 2 months and it's really beginning to do my head in! I've spoken to my mobile provider and the only thing i can do is change my number, i can't block them from calling me grrr.

HAd a call from this number and they just hung up.  I called it back and its a company called BMS and its an automative service line.  Hung up after that on the sell i think.

Same here. Told them I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and they hung up.
