A call this morning offering a grant

A call this morning that hung up on answering, phoned back to see who it was Tameside Isulation

Tameside insulation calls me regularly and continually about my eligibility for a grant.

I am registered with the TPS, but they don't care.

I speak to them politely and explain that I have wall and loft insulation. They then tell me that I am not eligible, then. Which I already knew.

I then tell them that I have explained this before, the last time they rang.

And the time before that.

And the time before that. And before that. And before that.

I ask them politely to please stop ringing me. They are wasting their time, they are wasting my time and because I work from home their calls are very intrusive and unwelcome.

They have phoned me dozens and dozens of times. They tell me they will take me off their database - but they are obviously [***], because they always say that, but they still ring and ring and ring....

They don't care...

Once they have your number it appears neither the TPS, nor your polite requests will stop them spamming you FOREVER.

Ask yourself, do you really want to do business with a company that ignores the law, [***] and treats it's potential customers with contempt?

i work for tameside insulation now for six years just to let folk know most of are work is free of charge how many companys out ther offer a free service to you and to help keep your heating bills down we are trying to save you money not take it of you

the same company, tameside insulation, are also using the number 0161 3372280.
i get at least 3 calls a week from them so decided to ring them back a few minutes ago.
they put the down on me when i told them i was going to cut their phone lines if they rang me again.
hopefully i wont get any more nuisance calls from them

We are signed up with Telephone Preference(useless), which these jokers at Tameside ignore.  I get calls every 2-3 weeks.  This time I said YES.  Appointment made.  On the doorstep I told their Rep how irritating all of their pestering, time wasting calls are and that from now on I would waste their time and fuel getting them out for nothing.  The message certainly hit home with him.

Hit them in their pocket its the only way to make them stop!!!

Its us taxpayers, money that you suck up as grants.

I received a phone call regarding loft insulation and I told her as I wasn't on benefits I probably wouldn't be entitled. She said it was totally FREE even if you are not on benefits so I bit the bullet and arranged for a surveyor to call. I then read up about it and she was wrong you DO have to be on benefits OR over 70 to claim for free... Other wise there are charges!! Wish they would just tell it straight from the start.. I have there ore cancelled the appointment... Waste of time !!!! Grrrrrr

Keep getting calls from this number and  when I answer they hang up driving me mad.I ring back to complain and get no reply.

Had a number of calls from them today, and when i answered it they hung up and when i tried to phone them back it was a answering machine telling me that there is nobody avaiable. I am concerned about this as i feel now they are just seening if there is anybody home.

I have no reported this number to ofcom i would recommend everyone to do this these people need to be stop if they are a good company they would answer when i said `Hello` they are also using another number 0161 337 2280

Absolute harrasment from Thamesidce Insulation.  My husband is 85 I am 66 and we have been dementged by repated calls despite requesting that they remove our number from their list.

These idiots are calling two or three times a day despite TSP listed number. How can they be stopped?

Woken up this morning by a call asking if I want insulation.  Not the first time it's been Tameside Insulation - can't they be stopped? I would contact them is I wanted any job doing.

Tried to cancel an order with Tameside Insulation but no response on the phone . Even their e-mail address taken from their website is not recognised. Hope they respond to my recorded delivery letter

Can i just say, i work for tameside insulation, and i work in the call centre, and in no way is it a scam, we are just trying to make our money, i will tell you what is a scam PPI, thats what you need to be weary about, there is no problem with what we do, dont like it, GET TELEPHONE PREFERANCE, and if you tell us you have that, we will remove your number, we do not do door to door, adn iff you tell us you have telephone preference when you dont, your breaking the law, NOT US.

Bady run company. Ian( who runs the company) has little man syndrone. Hasnt got a clue what he's doing. The fitters have to much work pilled up on them and made to travell 60 miles between jobs sometimes. Tamesides a joke.
