In case anyone wants to know, AUTO TRADER give your details to these people when you apply for a car loan quote.

I've managed to funnel it down to them as they were given a number for a phone line that only Auto Trader have been given.

They have called me four times in the past three days, and every time I answer they IMMEDIATELY hang up. If you call them back, you just get a menu asking if you want to apply for a loan or directing you to the website.

I think it's time to close the hone line I gave them...

Just had 4 phonecalls off them the past half hour... Rang them up option 1 say you are sick of the calls and state that there's no one in that name at the address

I got a cal from these people so i stupidly called them back she took all my work details and where i bank, then she said the application would take 10 seconds.... she went away and said ive been approved i can get the cash in 3-5 working days, but before she can process it she needs a payment of £65-?? i cant qutie remembe,r i asked why and she said its a fee to make the application run smoothly and make sure i get my cash, something twigged, why would i pay someone money from whom I want/need to borrow from so i politely said id call her back!!!! like hell will i!! What a con!! And when i asked 3-4 times who excctly is lending the money she kept saying the UNSECURED LOAN COMPANY!!!

these people call abou 5 times a day, when i answer they hang up and by then they have woken up my baby!!! i cant call back when i try thr line is dead!

my loan app. co.uk aka unsecured loan company called enquired if i had applied for a loan  gave them short shift then got worried about id fraud and 1471 the number phoned back, out of hours then googled 01614750390

These muppets keep calling me also, I thing it is the fault of moneysupermarket.com.

These guys keep calling on a phone line attached to a fax !  I think they must be using some sort of random number generator ? I slipped the fax into silent mode but its very annoying for sure ! Not sure how to resolve it .  Gazza

keep getting loads of calls from theses idiots and everytime i answer they put the phone down or say nothing please get them to stop calling me !!!

got a call from this number today they just hung up

they will make you pay a processing fee of about £60-£80,and give you nothing BEWARE

Have just been phoned by this number and they told me that i had made an enqurie with them this is rubbish have never spoken to them in my life or got them on the internet.

every night this number calls our home number which is meant to be ex directory,and then hangs up i want this to stop its my loan .co.uk i have tryed to contact them but no joy. if i needed a loan i would apply for one !!

keep getting calls from this number, glad i got caller ID now and just ignore them.

I asked about a loan, i saw what i could get and the cost, then i decided not to take it.

I didn't even speak to ANY loan companies, it was done on moneysupermarket.com. They should just back off!

5 calls from these today alone starting at 8am, every time they have hung up on me, this time some one spoke, asking for some random name not connected to me or my number, they so far have phoned (on other days) asking for a Mr or Mrs Clark, a Mr Peacock, Mr Smith, getting really annoyed now, i am actually going to cut my phone line off, ironic thing is i am set up so company's cant phone me nor can with held numbers and yet i still get these phoning from this number and from a network that does not transmit numbers grrrrrr, They have phoned from as early as 7am and as late as past 10pm.

ive just applied for a credit card which has been accepted but have had calls from 01614750390.  Ive learnt over time not to answer numbers i dont recognise, google em and see who it is.  Was very interested to see I wasnt the only one getting pestered by this number.   DONT ANSWER !!

i usually answer the call but don't say anything, it was silence for 51 seconds

my phone rang again 10 minutes later and a woman asked if robert was there....i was like er no, and she said ok i'll call again later....WHAT?!?!?!?!

just got a call at 8.50am. i answered this time to tell them to stop and that i am TPS registered but knowone was on the line so i left my phone connected jus for the hell of it.

we have had a number of calls from the number 01614750390.  However, when we answer the phone there does not appear to be anyone the other end.
