Called by this number 18:10 - I answered and could hear people working in an office but was ignored and eventually the line was cut.

Yesterday I made some preliminary enquiries about a loan with Lloyds Bank and a site on the internet to buy a new car.

I have just received a cal from this number and then the line went dead. I did not give my details to anyone.

Two missed calls from this number today - am TPS registered.  I came home to EIGHT missed calls today from a couple of different numbers - all seem to be dodgy companies!

Had yet another call, am really sick of it.  They asked for Dave, and of course no such person lives here.  She said 'oh, he must have put his telephone number in wrong'.  Yeah right, do they take all of us for total mugs.  Pleeeeeease how do I stop these callers?  TPS just does not work.

Another missed call from this number.  Will report to TPS.

yep me to beware of wentworth finance to took £59 off me without my permission in all cases if they take any money its Theft i told police and 24hrs a cheque from this shark company beware you may not be so lucky.

They have been calling now for months,everyday at different times.I have paid to have it stopped,but still they call!

They have called me three times today while I was at work, and again as I have come in, no-one speaks when you pick the phone up!!!!  Left it for a minute to see if they hung up, then called the number back, they answer to say press 1 if you have already applied for a loan or 2 if you want to apply, no company name announcement!  Really annoyed.  We are x directory and do not issue our number lightly, however, I have just taken a bank loan with Lloyds who are my bank, so not sure if they have published it.  Will be trouble if they have!!!!   Anyone know how to stop these please? Keep being called on home phone and mobile by these guys, claiming to be from a company called the unsecure loans company. Despite efforts to take our number off their list, they persist on ringing, sometimes 3/4 times a day.

These are fake nos dont fall for it I just had call and we havent applied for anything stay clear from this people

Called early in morning offering loan saying we had applied for one when we deffinately had not then kept calling back and would hang up as soon as we answered. We are on TPS. We asked them for their company name and callers name and they refused to give both.

We get 2 to 3 calls a day from this number, when I plead with them that 'Angela Ward' isn't on this number they hang up.

I wish I knew what to do.

Got a call from this number 13/01/2010. I didnt know who it was so. And  i came to checked in Google and found this all about them. But i didn't answer it.

These people get your details off comparison sites, then they tell you have applied for an unsecured loan and they just need your details to complete it. I got a call they knew my name and phone number and said I had applied for a loan which I had not. He said ok then I will cancel it "What's the hell to cancel I didn't apply for one" I then rang back and he put the phone down on me. So I called again and got a woman that explained where she got info from and said she will take my name off the files. Don't give these people your details they are very dodgy

keep getting calls from this number about confirming details for a loan. How can I block the calls?
I suspect it is oin response to an on-line quote for a loan as the calls seemed to happen after that event.

I keep getting on average about four to five calls a day, usually followed by a text message. Most of the time I don't answer them or if I do I try to speak in another language (Just today I tried Italian and the thick woman kept saying "Sorry I don't understand you" and after few minutes I got bored and hung up on her. ). This has been going for about few weeks now and you would have thought that they would realise that they are not getting anywhere with me.. they really are stupid as well as annoying.

I might contact the police for advice.
