Yes they still send to me fone voice mail landline fone even tho they have had written instructions not to contact me. How did I tell them with out the cost of going to court as Im a pensioner

contact your landline provider, they may be able to do something about it without charging you.

I keep getting a call from them and its really annouying. how do they get hold of your number???

this number calls me constantly, they never leave a message, who are they?

they been calling me everyday for the past week now, usually 2-3 times a day.  Depending on what mobile phone you have, you could add their number as a contact and change the custom ringtone for them, that way you'll know who it is, you could simply ignore them or just hang up straight away.  Pretend they're an old ex. ;-)

Every day, twice a day. on the mobile. Ive` banned them from the L/L how do I ban them from the mobile?

if you email this lady at the claims advisory group and request to be removed saying you will contact the finacial ombusman and make a harrassment complaint, you will be surprised how fast you get a response!!

You have been unwillingly or willingly duped. Now that so many free PPI claims tools exist such as Which? http://www.which.co.uk/campaigns/personal-fin ... ign/claim-back/ and ex-PPI sellers will be contacting mis-sold PPI victims to compensate them direct, the bottom is about to drop out of the PPI claims market. This means these scam artists are going into overdrive. However, it may also mean that they will stop calling soon.

Thanks for that information! I have just had about enough of these people calling me, both on my mobile and my land line at least 5 times a day!!! I rang them back to verbally tell them to stop calling me and wouldn't do so until I confirmed my address and post code, I told them if they knew my name and number they can work it out for themselves!!!

I wish they would stop harassing my mothe, shes already asked them to stop calling but they don't.

They keep ringing me to take up a claim and I have told them so many times I am not interested!

Email I've just sent to Claire Morrisey which I feel is polite and restrained enough:

Dear Ms Morrisey,

I have been advised that the number that I am picking up on 1471, i.e. 0161 478 1023, is that of your company.

Thank you for the call, however, none of the products you offer are relevant to or of interest to any of us here at the address which uses the landline number in the subject box.

Therefore would you please remove this number from your records. As I do not wish to go down the route of complaining to the ombudsman I would request that you do so immediately.

Many calls from unpleasant sales people. I’ve blocked the number.

We have been bombarded for nearly a year by this company ring the landline and also my husband's mobile. First they ring the landline and ask for my hubby. When I tell them he's at work and not to be disturbed as he's driving they then ring his mobile. We've both told them we're not interested and not to call again but they still did.

Anyway, after several months my hubby asked to look at the paperwork regarding claiming back any PPI he may have been 'mis-sold' and he was sent loads of paperwork (hoping to shut them up). Some of the information in the claim form was incomplete or incorrect. The worst thing was that the company would take out at least 45% as comission/handling charges of any payment he was to receive! A couple of days later they rang to check we'd received the pack and I told them we had and I had checked it and told them it wouldn't stand up if it went forward as a claim as the information contained in it was wrong. They wanted to correct it and I told them that they'd had their chance and we wouldn't proceed with the claim. With it being in my hubby's name they wouldn't take it from me (which is the right thing for them to do because of Data Protection blah blah). They then rang my hubby straight after and he told them the same thing and ended the call saying he didn't want any more correspondance or calls from them as we weren't interested.

4 more months of calls went by, sometimes several calls a day, each time we told them we weren't interested, then all of a sudden ... no calls! Bliss!

Then today I got another call from them and I politely said that we had already advised them that we weren't interested, thought their commission/claim handling charges were extortionate and had actually reclaimed the charges ourselves at no cost to us apart from a postage stamp so unfortunately they couldn't carry on with my hubby's claim now anyway. (This was a little white lie as any PPI we had over the years was never mis-sold). The man on the phone didn't know that people could claim them for free and had been told by his manager that all people had to go through Claim Companies like theirs as the banks etc wouldn't deal with the customer's claims direct! He had told me that this call wasn't recorded so I advised the chap to look for another job elsewhere as he was flogging a dead horse and directed him to Martin Lewis' website in regards to claiming mis-sold PPI for free. He thanked me for the advice and said he would ensure my hubby's details were marked as 'not persued' and hoped that the calls would stop for us. He did mention that if people told him they had already claimed their PPI back themselves and were successful, they were not to contact that person again.

Result! (hopefully)

This company keep calling me continually on my L/L and mobile even though they have been told on numerous occasions I have no interest in their products they are trying to sell me.

I have preferred calls and I keep getting this number calling me, I would like it to stop please

I have been getting calls from this number on a daily basis for approximately 3 months. Always try my landline first of which I immediately dumo the call...they always ring back 2 more times.
Next they phone my mobile of which I immediately dump the call. They usually phone the mobile one more time.
I have rung the number back a few times and the line connects but no-one speaks at the other end.

I am at my wits end with this. i have read the previous threads on this website about emailing them.....does anyone have recent proof that this works?
