Seem a very professional company, based in Manchester, Cheshire (anywher in paticular?), London and Preston. Their registered office is in Poulton-Le-Fylde. The list shows companies Andrew Eastham has been involved with all dissolved, it does not reflect on irrelevant 3rd parties. I am sure according to the newspaper articles, Mr Tager the dentist would have something to say about the conduct of the Easthams

As a result of an investigation, the Claims Management Regulator has decided to cancel Blue Sky International Ltd’s authorisation to provide claims management services under the Compensation Act 2006 with effect from 30 May 2013.

Blue Sky International Ltd was found in breach of the following Conduct of Authorised Persons Rules 2007:

General Rule 8 – A business shall operate a complaints scheme in accordance with rules made by the Regulator

Client Specific Rule 1b) - A business shall ensure that any service offered is one that meets the needs of the client and satisfies the requirements of these rules

Client Specific Rule 1c) – A business shall ensure that all information given to the client is clear, transparent, fair and not misleading

Client Specific Rule 1f) A business shall where advice is given, advise the client to pursue cases only if it is in the interests of the client to do so.

Client Specific Rule 11 - A business must provide the client with the following information (described in a-l) in writing or electronically before a contract is agreed.

Client Specific Rule 16 - A business must permit the client to withdraw from a contract at any time. Any charge to the client shall be limited to what is reasonable in the circumstances and shall reflect work undertaken by the business.

The cancellation means that Blue Sky International Ltd may no longer carry out any claims management services.

So, imo, Blue Sky was a scam and found to be so by the MoJ. Perfectly legitimate to criticise the scam management that ran it. What is it you are accussing Easthams and their associates of doing. Did they get one over on you? You should know not to play with solicitors, you will get your fingers bit.

Has-Been or Never Has Been, I know which category I would rather fall in to. People sometimes dream their own importance and make up a past, this changes with the years from legal professional to tax consultant, this failure to succeed is down to your own lack of ability and gullibility. If you have been hurt, it was probably your own greed that got you involved and now you are hurt because you feel so stupid. Get a proper job, pay your bills and move on. You are powerless to impact on our lives, i only come on here for pleasure, puts a smile on my face at the start of the day.
