I get called repeatedly by 01619390436 and 08009886002 and also texts from 07821142497.  The 0161 calls are relatively new, but with each number I'm told that the caller is from a claims company, despite the fact I have never had any loans or anything I would wish to claim for.  
What makes it even more infuriating is that they have the wrong number anyway, because they always ask to speak to a man called Kenneth!!!  On another forum like this where somebody was getting these calls, they eventually spoke to a supervisor and said that they'd had so many unwanted calls from the company that they were getting the police involved due to harassment. Think I'll try this the next time!

jus had a missed call from this number so i rang back out of curiousity. something to do with a refund on a loan. i have never had a loan or anything like that so i gave them a complete mouthful and told them to take me off the list or whatever they were using to get my number.. have now blocked the number so they can't ring again. HA!

REALLY DODGY COMPANY. They have rung me twice in two days now. They will ask for your house address to send out info. I obviously didn't want these muppets sending anything to my house address so I said I'd only recieve email. They made some daft excuse about not being able to do this.

Don't give these idiots the time of day. If you see the number 01619390436, just dont anwser it.

Some random company trying to sell me PPI. I haven't had a loan in over 10 years. They're obviously using some form of out of date database. I didn't catch the company name but they are a bunch of timewasters. Idiots!

I've had them just call about claims advice....when i told them i wasn't interested he was very rude and put the phone down....jerks

caller was in the middle of a personal conversation when i answered.  she couldn't pronounce my surname, (which is in no way complicated), after her 4th attempt, i asked who was calling.  she spoke over me still attempting to pronounce my surname.  seriously.  if you're trying to sell someone something, at least get their name right.  if you can't do that, don't talk over the person.

hung up, hope she gets food poisoning.

got a call today, they were very rude...

I've received calls from this number to my mobile and was curious so I googled it. Pleased with the above information so will try to barr more calls. More people need to report this!

Got call today advising of overpaid loans and refunds due wanted to speak with husband but refused to give out number. Loud, rude and 'aggressive' telephone manner. Asked who i had loans from so told them if they didnt know that then  how did they know i had overpaid and told them i was ending the call and put the phone down.They have tried ringing again so i am blocking them.

This number rings my mobile. Home and work numbers. When I answer they non stop chat about claiming back payment protection. I scream down the phone at them. But they continue to pester me

They rang me, wakinh me up. Line seemed to be dead, eventually they hang up. Very annoying!

I just had a call from them and was on the phone to the for nearly 20min they told me they are gonna send me a pack out I wish I never answered their call, they asked me loads of questions which I told them I didn't want to answer!!!! I just hope it's not fraud.

OK so they're now called me 3 times TODAY and the line's dead every time. This is starting to get VERY annoying now!

These guys are scam artists with a history of previous companies pulling the same trick. They take your CC details and then go into liquidation when too many people complain about them not getting your PPI back and claim from them via trading standards and the OFT etc

Well, there are so many free PPI claims tools now like http://www.which.co.uk/campaigns/personal-fin ... ign/claim-back/ and as ex-PPI sellers will be contacting mis-sold PPI victims to compensate them direct the bottom is about to drop out of the PPI claims market. This may mean that they will stop calling soon. These people are somehow ringing my MOTHERS mobile phone, yet asking for me. no idea how that happened, but they seem to make a point of mumbling any identification information, then talking about nonexistent loans.

I have just received my 6th call from this number ( missed the first 5 ) i answered and an African sounding lady went into full on speil mode. She knew my FULL name! address, date of birth and mobile number ( ex directory ) telling me i could claim back money from mis sold ppi's. They asked for any loan agreement numbers etc. Told her i dont give out personal details over the phone!! She stated they will send me the claims form in the post ( nothing i can do as they already have my address ) She told me about 5 times how very important it is that i send the forms back asap. I asked for the company name and she just spoke over me totally avoiding the question. Have blocked the number on my mobile but will await further calls from different numbers . . . . . . .
