Rings and hangs up when answered

Had A call, they came and offered a competetively priced solution for a 1 st class CCTV. very proffesional and would say a fair price for a a excellent product

I keep getting calls from this number, Why I cannot understand, as soon as I say hello they hang up! Does anyone know who they are?

They've rung up regularly, & ring off immediately the call goes through to answerphone. If they want to sell something why don't they leave a message saying who they are? -  Incidentally I have spoken to these Solar Power people before & said I wasn't interested. -  It hasn't stopped them calling me though!!!

Fed up with this... my number ex directory they been calling regular, and i know 3 people down my road they ring the same name all the time miss jackson?? have reported it was quiet for awhile but just received a call it's annoying :(

Just got a call, could briefly hear call centre noise, then the call clicked off. Please, someone get rid of these callers!

Just had a couple of silent calls from 01704515444, i dialled 1471 to find out the number, I got a recorded message, saying something about a government grant towards the cost of solar panels.

waste of time...must have been hard up

0170451544 telephoned my private landline munber at 10.24 am this morning. Some guy said he would like to talk to either Mr or Mrs (correct Surname given) then before I could answer he said, 'I'm very sorry to have bothered you but this is a sales call. I won't trouble you anymore, goodbye'.

Couple of calls during the day and eve....my son did 1471 ringback and I WAS CHARGED 51p...cheek!

Had a call earlier today from the above number,but I wasn't available and it could not have been important has they didn't leave a message,so if and when they phone again I shall not bother to answer it ,just let it go to answerphone after seven rings..!

another sales [***] call, these people really p#ss me off!!!!!!!

Silence when phone picked up-someone on the other end for 20secs then phone put down at other end!
Damn nuisance!

Who is this?

Had a call from this company the other day. Claiming to be a solar power company. Told woman that my parents were not home and that they where not interested in having solar panels installed. After hanging up I received a call a couple of seconds after from the same woman in which she shouted ' you're a fuc***g tw*t ' I was very shocked and made me feel rather threatened. After speaking to other people in my area it appears that I am not the first person trust has been spoken to in this way.

3.15 pm this lot called, again left no message just a long beep. Same as before - 13th Dec'

this company is called EEC Electrical, EEC Solar, EEC Hoomesecurity.  It is run by a Mr John Ball.

They have appeared on Watchdog and other Consumer Programmes, showing their excessive charges and bullying sales tatics.
The Office of Fair Trading also as a Large document on them including loads of dissatified relatives of elderly family members  who have lost all their savings to this company.  £1000 for a fuseboard etc.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
