as expected this company have just phoned my home again but when I answered the phone this time they put the phone down on me !

Haha no company has EVER recieved a fine from tips YET

Just had this number ring me and picked up the 'phone - EEC Solar wanting to discuss renewable energy. Told him I wasn't interested and he politely hung up - yet another number to add to my "barred numbers" list;

Rang this morning, just as was going off to sleep.  (Got Leukaemia and am struggling to sleep due to medication etc - I didn't get to sleep in the end).  They rang my mobile, the number of which I'm very careful about giving to anyone.

Didn't answer in time (new phone) - but rang back & got recorded message to say who they were.

called today @12:12 while I was out no message. As I live in Rutland it is unlikely that I would want a Stockport based company to do windows for me if I wanted windows...... which I don't !!

It is eec solar they used to be called eec home security and they appeared on watchdog plus they got shut down by trading standards. I worked for them up to them being on watchdog, which is when I got out as fast as I could. The complaints watchdog were investigating on was to do with there sales tactic and over pricing for work/parts

Seems I'm having the same problem.
As yet not answered call but after going to answer phone no message left by caller.
Interesting that EEC are named, as these were one of the companies I spoke to when having solar panels installed.
I found the salesman to be both polite and understanding when I chose another company.
