Did not even have the decency to say anything - just hung up when I answered and they realised it was a business not residential.

We received a call and they hung up without saying anything. Just annoying really.
Why do that?

this company will never answer the 0800 number here so don't waste your money calling it they will never stop calling you either I think a crowd of us should get togethjer and go and break all the windows in there office then maybe they will learn to stop ringing our numbers

they must be wasting a lot of time and energy phoning every one,  i wonder if they would like to buy some solar panels.                                      also bt should stop these calls oh sorry they do the same thing!

Im a customer of EEC. I knew nothing of them until I got a call from them (cold calls do annoy me too) but as the young man who phoned me was so polite I listened to him, and learnt about Solar. I would never usually make an appointment over the phone, but i did. I decided on the day to buy solar for my home. EEC have been brilliant, the customer service is better than other companies I have to deal with and they sorted everything out for me and it was no hassle at all. I have recommended to my friends as well, so I dont understand what all this page is about because i have had no trouble at all.

I too had a missed call and was curious who it may be. I must say it is shocking to see some ignoramus' have the time to post inappropriate and superfluous information on these forums. I conclude   'WhoCallsMe' allows unsuitable and inconsistant posts.

I came across this site whilst looking for their phone number. I contacted them as I was looking for a free quote, I live in the very north of england so i was struggling to find a company willing to send someone out to me . They sent someone out to me the very next day, i received excellent service and decided to buy the product. Not got a bad word to say.

How odd. Several positive posts, all in a few weeks. You'd have to have a heart of stone not to laugh. Positive posts are usually put up by the scammers themselves. This site is to report nuisance calls. Why on earth would you look up this site otherwise? You wouldn't.

Because people on this website have nothing better to do all day other than sit around waiting for a phone call to complain about whats why I have solar PV from EEC from a cold call and I dont normally listen to them, no need to automatically accuse anything positive as the company posting fake comments

Which European Environmental Controls person was it? Did they stay for tea? I love them!

Quite clearly, that's exactly what you are doing. Why monitor this site? Your prompt response to my comment gives the game away. You should have left it for a few weeks.

They called me yesterday about solar, I ended up booking the appointment i was already thinking about solar anyway so thought it can't hurt to see what they have to say. They also said something about a guarantee they place on the ROI, we will see.

I always listen to cold callers though and I've worked in sales in the past, every company has to do it or no one would buy anything.

If they're dodgy reps I'll report back though but seemed okay..

Make sure you follow them around the house. Some of the directors have dissolved (liquidated) companies so need money to keep this one going until it to goes bust. Their turnover has dived of late. Go to the Which? site  to find a reputable firm - they are honest and impartial. Nope, these clowns are not on Which ?

this company phoned my house this morning and woke up my household, we did'nt get to the phone in time and they did'nt leave a message. I checked online to find the number and found this site but after reading these messages from other people on this site I am expecting another call.
