Phoned an XD and TPS registered line this morning at 0950hr.  Silent call - abusers unknown.

Guess you work for this company. You ripped my aunt off to the tune of £39,000. For an incomplete system. You told her prices where fixed and not to get other Quotes, she was prompted as to what to say, by sales rep, when company phoned bombarding her with questions that you recorded - to cover your own [***] ! You target vulnerable people. My Aunt is vulnerable , and that would have been obvious to your sales rep and any one that met her.  Your tactics are despicable, i promise you EEC this one you are not getting away with !!!
You can fill the net with fake reviews/recommendations....i will fill the net with the truth !

EEC Solar are based in Southport they have a long history of ripping people off, they used to sell "security" systems ....and ripped off lots vulnerable people then too.

They called but left no message - at least it isn't a suppressed number!

Called from this number 12.30 AM (yes middle of night) Good Friday / Easter Saturday.

They keep calling asking for Mr or Mrs Knight, not our names, over 2 years on and off.

Ring me asking for Mrs and Mr Cloud almost every day at 5:30pm and 9 am... Ive asked them what they want and they don't answer the question.

what do you mean get a real job you idiot at least these people our actualy working, and cold calling is vital to the economy and helping business grow so get off benefits and get yaself  a job

Also got this call, and a similar one from a Liverpool number. Agree on marketing tactics, and would say that for more than a few unsolicited callers who's numbers have been posted here.

Not a very proffesional company who are clearly not following TPS guidelines on cold calling. Anyone who recives a call from these people and are registered with TPS, should report them, then they can look forward to a big fat fine! I have already.

I had a visit from this company and almost cancelled my deposit because of all this chit chat on this site, and now glad I never. They were tidy and efficient, a little over par on price and I am now considering a solar thermal system too from EEC too. The salesman who sold me the system assured me that every call is recorded for training and monitoring purposes and even emailed me the call initially made to book my appointment! I am not a big fan of cold calls and get quite a lot from numerous companies including EEC solar so I have now registered with the TPS on 0845 070 0707. I have been informed that it can take up to 3 months to be taken of certain lists as companies do not screen call lists on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this company because they have done everything as I requested. 4.5 out of 5.

Wish these people would stop calling, I have TPS but they still keep ringing, someone do something to stop these calls they drive me mad !!!!!!

it's a company called eec home improvements and solar energy, [***] should be fined.!!

I called them back and left a nice message on their answer service, ok the return call cost me a couple of pence but it did feel good, will do it every time they pester me, I will also find their web site!!
