just missed a call from this number, tried 14713 and it's engaged. thought I'd google the number - glad i did, won't bother trying them again. because it was a std dialling code, didn't think for a minute it would be a cold call!

It is Everest, I have also received calls where they just hang up as I answer.  I've spoken to a very nice person at Everest customer services and they said they would take me off their list - fingers crossed!!!

It is a busy sales office, i placed the handset over a ticking oven timer and shouted "BOOM",if they harass people all day they deserve a little winding up themselves.

well my story is the same as everyone else get phone calls and all they do is hang up.

always ring me- it is everest double glazers/ pavers- I have asked repeatedly to remove my details from their system and just ignore me and ring again anyway!!1

Call my mobile several times a day. I never answer a call from a number I don't know but they keep calling and never leave a message. This has now been going on for months.

Calls 3 or 4 times on a 58 minute cycle (not quite the hour).  

Having used Everest Previously I would not use them again.  Why if they have your number do they want to piss you off.  In my book it isn't good salesmanship.  Why would anyone want to advertise themselves as being so stupid, unless of-course they think we the public think it is good marketing. Big name, obviously desperate marketing, and therefore management.  Is this a company you can trust to do anything with the customer in mind.

Keep finding this number on my phone  thanks for info on who it is and hopefully how to stop them calling, so annoying !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I've had this number call twice this morning but left no message but have been getting 3-5 calls a day from an unknown number so don't know if its the same thing. Have had quotes from Everest before but 40K for two bay windows i dont think so.....

The same number (01707 873629) has called our home telphone about 20time. They never leave a message - we try to call back, but never get an answer. They seemed to stop calling over the week end, but have again started to call us again. Not yet been able to stop them calling....any suggestions?

Called at 3.50pm today. I answered and they hung up 5 seconds later. How rude.

Had a missed call, so googled it and found this site. Is almost certainly Everest. They gave me a (ridiculously expensive) quote about 5 years ago, and have phoned fairly regularly ever since - even when I was living abroad for 2 years! Whenever I speak to them I ask them to remove me from their phone list, it hasn't happened yet. I can guarantee I will never use or recommend Everest now!

This number just called meand hung up 20 seconds later.... SOOOOOO rude!!!!  I am ex directory and never give my tel no to anyone so really cheesed off with them.

Just had my 4th call of the day from them. Averaging about 20 calls per week. I asked them to remove me from their contact list, but they haven't done it yet.

Fed up with unwanted calls wasting my precious time. I do not buy nor sell or give out personal information over the phone. Have no idea why they are calling me, have nothing to do with them at all. Just go and bu**er off!

This number calls me constantly but never leaves a message, I returned call ansafone on but don't identify themselves

i had 3 calls from them today first two calls the phone only rung twice them when i tried calling back no answer ....they rung me a third time which i answered
they asked if i was a home owner i said no i rent they just said thanks and put the phone down.....
