had a call from this number tonight . hoping they get fed up with ringing as we have caller id so just ignore it .

They called me asking for someone else.  Looking at the regs Ronnie6 kindly linked to, I imagine that's to get around the cold calling prohibition by pretending they're not a cold call and then saying "well, perhaps it's something I can help you with, anyway, madam."  Very sneaky.

have you ever heard of            HARASSMENT         because this it what this companies ethics consist of. the majority of people on this sight are already grown up enough to know if the paid out PPI, and are sick to death of these calls. and dont need some condescending T**T like you telling them to grow up,

Called by these people - asked for people who used to live here so obviously had old contact info.

My partner had YET ANOTHER CALL from these people today and asked me if i would answer it for her. The guy gave me his name and i asked him was it about PPI Insurance. He then put the phone down on me. I called their offices on my house phone (after blocking my number) and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put through to a femail and when I asked her, quite politely would she please delete my partners number from their database she replied, all of our calls are recorded so why did you just call me a [***]. I had my house phone on speaker and my wife was present when i made this call so she knew i had not sworn or been abusive so i guess they are trained to antagonise any callers who make a complaint. They failed with me as i politely said, if that is your attitude i will now put the phone down and ring the police, and that is what i did. I was advised by the police at Swansea to contact OFCOM and The Ministry of Justice and complain about them.

just had the 4th call of the day from these parasites.
they allways ask for someone else and when you say they have the wrong number they launch into there sales patter. do you actually think that i am going to give you my bank and credit card details over the phone!!!!! when you mention this they get very rude. buisness must be slow!!

They left about 30 seconds of strange music on my answering machine this time, then cut off.  Probably trying to get me to ring back.  Ha ha ha ha haaa!   I fart in their general direction.  One thing I did notice on here though, has anyone checked the adverts on this website?  7 out of the 8 on the page as I'm looking at it now are for PPI refunds & compensation.  I have a sneaky suspicion they're behind this website as well and are using it to extract our names somehow and continue to harass us.  I suspect also that this post will get deleted, but will try anyway... here goes...

Unless an operator is available at the time, no one will be on the other end when you pick up the phone to answer their auto generated calls. Many dialled calls, few operators, high efficiency, high nuisance factor.

They rang, from claim company, I said I wasnot interested, they said I should be as they were trying to help me claim back my ppi. I do not have any!

Got a phonecall from a guy asking for me then when I responded saying that this was me, he hung up. I am trying to phone him back to give him dogs abuse but nobody is picking up!

Been called TWICE from these people TODAY. This is harrassment.

Fed up of these idiots calling.  Have added them to my reject list on my mobile and yet the calls still come through

called today at 18-45 by 01792 311560, swansea code but doesn't sound welsh.  wanted to refund my PPI.  C**p!  I already got me refund.  he had my name wrong and didn't care that my number is ex-dir & TPS.  I threatened to prosecute. he hung up.
